Lovely brunch spot! I got the Toast Combo with 2 eggs scrambled, hashbrowns, 3 slices of TB and the server recommended French Toast. My wife got the eggs Benedict with a side of hashbrowns. Eggs: good, TB: slightly overcooked, hashbrowns: little bland but then you can dress it up how you like. The French Toast was by far my favorite thing. It was SO good. My wife enjoyed her Benny and said the hollandaise sauce was the creamiest part. The food is good portions and reasonably priced. The staff was excellent and the food came out quick and hot. Whatever you do, don’t skip the French Toast. Will likely go back!

Good cozy neighborhood restaurant with helpful staff and a great atmosphere inside. We went for brunch for which there was a wide selection of reasonably priced items on the menu. Me, I just had the fried eggs with hash browns and coffee on the side. Would like to visit again.

Everything tasted good. Their hash brown was really unique and I liked it but my partner did not. There was nothing fancy or surprising there but really comfortable local spot

Toast has one of my very favorite breakfasts in SF. I used to visit here frequently as it was not far from where I lived and now when I visit SF, it’s a MUST on my places to visit! Maybe 10 years ago I tried the lox scramble for the first time and ever since then it is the one breakfast I cannot pass up at Toast! So, when, I visited in July, I got up early on a work day to get my lox scramble breakfast. They do a great job with their lox scramble and each time it is consistently “perfect”. The scramble has a generous amount of lox, chopped tomatoes, chopped avocado, capers, green onion and creamy cream cheese! Yum, my mouth is watering as I write this! It is served with crispy hash browns and your choice of toast. I always go with rye toast and it’s a perfect accompaniment! Service is always great, although I do avoid weekends, because it’s limited number of tables are quickly taken.

I stayed nearby while passing through San Francisco and there happens to be a dog park around the corner from here. I brought my pups to the dog park for a bit and upon leaving, we literally turned tye corner and came upon this spot. I hadn't even thought about breakfast, but they had side walk tables that were pup friendly, so I grabbed the only open table.
I was promptly offered coffee and water by the young woman in charge of the front of the house. She was full of energy and vigor and made me think she likes her job or is just good at it. Either way. I'll take it! Couldn't decide between one of their scrambles or the CFS, and she suggested the CFS. Coffee was on point. Breakfast arrived fast and it was delicious. Everything was a little under salted, but that's an easy fix with breakfast. The important part was how it was done. There was a great crisp on the hash browns and the CFS was fork cutting tender. It was square and maybe bought pre-breaded, but if so, I'd like the name of their purveyor so I can order some! Decent gravy. Eggs over medium just like I asked. Tasty multi-grain toast. Overall, I was super satisfied. Food was good and my coffee was piping hot each three cups!
I spotted a sign saying cash tips were appreciated, so cash it was. They have an open kitchen so I made sure to give a whistle to my fellow Mexican cooks and told them that they and their work was appreciated.

Weekday brunch was great! Real corned beef hash and the salmon benedict tasted great. I love that they give a substitute choice of veggies over toast and hash browns. Only one server but she handled all tables like a champ!

Delicious neighborhood brunch spot! They have few tables available, but it is definitely worth it (especially if you sit outside). They have delicious cocktails and a wide range of egg-based entrees for brunch. Very satisfied!

Tried this place for the first time. Don't know if they're the same as Toast on Polk Street but, they're corned beef hash was pretty good with the poached eggs.

This place is amazing. The food is consistently incredible. I always get a scrambler and a blueberry short stack. The food literally sets the bar for delicious San Francisco eats but the sweetest part of this location is the waitress - Areej is the kindest and prettiest host I’ve ever had. She will warm your heart and Toast Eatery on Church would not be the same without her tenderness and love.

The best breakfast in town, but a little pricey.

Lovely little spot we found by sheer chance because of our original destination being closed. Now we make a point to go here if we're going to the nearby German shop. Friendly staff, great food, sometimes a wait but that's SF for ya. Parking can be a pain too.

Friendly staff, fast service and cute little breakfast atmosphere! Perfect for a spur of the moment to brunch.

A great local chain of breakfast eateries. This Noe Valley location now features outdoor seating and a lovely wait staff. Prices are very reasonable and the menu features a variety of breakfast and lunch staples. If you're looking for a great please everyone breakfast spot in the neighborhood, you found it!
