Don’t overlook this little sandwich shop. I read reviews and decided it sounded good. It was charming. Loved the little place. The sandwich was amazing and huge. I had a turkey sandwich with everything on it and toasted. I wish I could share the flavor - but just YUM! While we were there a guy came in and said he had come to San Francisco on business and had traveled across town to come get a sandwich. He said he used to come to the shop on his way home from high school many years ago. It was so good he just had to come back and get a sandwich.

I had just arrived in USA for the first time and checked in to a place across the road. I just went to the first sandwich shop I could see as I was starving and was amazed at how good the sandwich was. When I walked in I thought damn this isn't gona be good for some reason. I was mistaken it was so good you won't be disappointed.

Hole in the wall spot. Seems like they have been making the same sandwiches for years and it's only right as they are delicious and consistent. Highly recommend for a quick rest stop.

First time I ate here was in 1997. Every subsequent trip I have made to San Fran over the years, I have made it a point to eat here. Amazing place and great people run it.

I get a statement from this place up I get a statement for them at least once a week. It is a great lunch place. Their large sandwich is great for a lunch in a snack later. I recommend everybody go there edge really is really good food. Not gourmet but you won't be mad about it.

wow what a hidden jem! we stopped at san Francisco for a few days before heading home from out trip. not that many options fast food close we were lucky to fin this one. the vibe was very chill and the lady was very sweet. I got the Turkey sub that was toasted to perfection. stop by you will definitely not regret it!
