This Ben and Jerry's catered our December, 2022 wedding at the Argonaut Hotel which is in the same building as the scoop shop. It was such a hit. Once the DJ said there was ice cream outside everyone ran out and lined up. Ben and Jerry's sent an employee to the courtyard outside our venue and provided our guests with 3 flavors to choose from. The employee would scoop the ice cream into a cone or cup. We paid for this service for 1 hour, but you may have it for longer if you would like. I 100% recommend this over cake any day of the week.

Awesome experience felt like the good old days. Shake still tastes classic and timeless. Gentleman working was very nice and makes everything to order. 👍

Delicious ice cream, missing a star because one scoop is $6.50 when in stores the tub is less than $5.

The ice cream is just ok. Their pints are noticeably better. The ice cream at their parlors is always noticeable icy. But honestly, I'll be going back because I still love Ben & Jerry's.

I was so surprised to walk down the streets of San Francisco and see a Ben & Jerry's be able to walk right in and get Ben & Jerry's in a cup on a cone or any way you like it only let that was it wasn't allowed table to sit at but most people eat and walk

Decent place to stop for ice cream, however they have a very limited selection of frozen yogurts. If you want a healthier choice over stand ice cream... Go with a smoothie. The Queen of Tart smoothie is really good.

A great Creamery that you must try when you're in the city or just looking for something to cool you down. they have so many flavors a definitely takes you a good amount of time trying to choose what's a combined or even just getting a single scoop is so hard! They also do Shakes as well as Sundays and they have so many options for milkshakes it's crazy! You can also get a cake and little small miniature cakes to go! They really are great and they have great customer service.
