Modern, clean, service is good. Little bet pricey. I ordered appetizer; bacon 3 pcs for $15.00 it’s good. I guess is special bacon 😬. The chicken was really good. My husband’s hamburger was really tasted good as well. I’ll recommend this place.

Modern, clean, pleasant...professional atmosphere! Good for business meetings! Walked in for lunch around 12:30 and found a table right away. Very creative way of serving food. The Cabana Skiff cocktail was way too sweet for my taste, but it was not bad. The open-faced deviled egg sandwich was a perfect size for me, but prob a little small for the majority. I was a little bit disappointed with my waiter: I specifically asked if there are onions in the sandwich. She said there will just be a few small pieces in the egg mix, to have my sandwich served with big onion pieces on top all over. She apologized, saying she doesn’t usually works lunch shifts. I did manage to pull the onions on the side. I enjoyed my lunch overall and would go back one day...

This is a great option among restaurants in SFO downtown. Good food, different taste, but especially kind and warm service. Cake is the best, it is textured, deep flavors and not too sweet. They have a great variety of wine from Napa Valley and Sonoma. I ordered roasted chicken and it was juicy and golden in the shell. Beautiful place for special but relaxing way to celebrate life.

Food was amazing and great pairing of flavours and ingredients used. Upscale breakfast spot. So for the price you pay you would expect the stuff to least land out steak nice to cut into your meal... but we had to request for it... and she was also in a rush to send us off. The moment we finished our meal, she billed us out. Such a shame that the restaurent would have this kinda behaviour. But the lady who received and sat us down was very sweet and pleasant:)

Bluestem is a little generic and caters to the conference crowd, but make no mistake, it's a classy establishment. Service is always spot on and the ambiance is casual get refined. The food is nothing to write home about, but delivers consistently with great execution. If you have a chance to catch their 5 year anniversary Honolulu cake for dessert, do it.

Not a lot of food on menu options, everything was really good. The drinks kept coming and the server was amazing. Highly recommend to go and enjoy. Ours was a client meeting and it went well, we were able to communicate and hear each other.

had great service but food not compelling enough to go back. menu needs a revamp as a meal vs an assortment of dishes. duck was very salty. steak nice.. recommend brussel sprouts

I like this place for a quick sit down lunch during the week or a fun dinner after work. The duck dishes are tasty and the loaded fries are delicious. Sides tend to be classic American with a slight southern slant so can be pretty heavy. No strong opinions on desserts, but the menu is varied so you should be able to find something you will enjoy.

Must get the CORNBREAD! I waited an extra 20 minutes for the corner to be made after we ate all of our appetizers and it was worth the wait! So good. The other stand out appetizers were the caviar deviled eggs, chicken liver toast, and beef tartare toast
