Went here on my last night in the city with my daughter. Service was good, food tasty and wait staff pleasant. Would go back again for their curry dishes and pad Thai

A nice surprise. I had the opportunity to go to Benjarong on Saturday w/ a group of friends. It is a small, nicely decorated restaurant.
It was comfortable. The food was good. I had the yellow curry w/salmon and enjoyed it.
I would definitely go back. The only issue is of course parking...leave time to find a parking spot or there is a parking lot across the street.
This place it really good. The price is perfect. The food is amazing. A must eat at Restraunt if you love Thai. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful ambiance. And some of the best Thai I've had! Ordered our food to go, and they seated us at the car and gave us water as we waited. Great service. Next time we are in The City we will be coming in again!
First time at this Thai restaurant in the Marina! For a Friday night, there were only 6 Folks including us! Customer service was great, they played 80’s music all night, the food was delicious! They are never busy, it seems, though a lot of carry outs! For the price and the amount of food we got, really impressed!

We tried the cashew nut entree with chicken, the pad see ew with chicken and spring rolls. Everything was wonderful with lovely presentation.
I've never eaten in the restaurant, but I've ordered home delivery from them several times, and with solid success. They prices are consistent with City averages. The delivery service is reliable. And the food, while not amazing, is solid.
My favorite is the yellow curry chicken and potatoes over brown rice. I can also vouch for the chicken satay skewers and the spicy tofu with string beans.
This Restaurant is very romantic and quite quaint with charm. The Atmosphere Is just as lovely. The menu is quite impressive. The service was upscale and friendly. I Enjoyed this semi hidden Thai jem on Lombard Street and would defenitely be back. The food was delicious and the presentation was delightful. Portions are a bit small for the pricing but I enjoyed my experience here!
Excellent Food with Outstanding service from the entire team of this restaurant. Not expensive as well. Worth it food and service. I will definitely come back again here , must visit Thai restaurants in San Francisco. Food was tasty and the quality was awesome.
Amazing food! I believe they don't get too many customers during weekdays so the service might be a little slow. However, having liked in Thailand, the food was quite authentic, inspite of the slight Americanization.
Benjarong is a small, cozy restaurant in the Marina. The food tasted authentic. They have limited space -- probably enough space for about 40-50 people. If you're looking for a low-key spot for dinner and you love Thai food, this place is great. I loved the green curry, pad thai, and egg rolls.
I want to give this place four stars so bad...but I just have never been to a Thai restaurant that sold curry bowls without rice. No big deal, I asked for rice, paid the difference and moved on.
Food was excellent. Disappointed to see it empty inside on a weekday night though. With food that good, I'd be there every day....and hopefully they'd figure out the rice thing before too long.
Superb! Wonderful service in a lovely room. The Pumpkin Curry i ordered for lunch was delicious! I would certainly return to this place AND highly and enthusiastically give it two thumbs up! Way WAY up!
As a vegetarian, I'd rate this the best Thai restaurant in the Bay Area! Outstanding flavor, and ability to make most of their dishes meat-less on demand and completely free of fish/oyster sauce. When we lived close to this place, it was by far our go-to take out place, as well as take-visitors-looking-for-thai-food place.
For vegetarians - particularly recommend the Tofu/Veg Tom Kha, Spicy Green Curry Fried rice and Tofu Ginger stir fry.
