Amazing spot, really nice ambiance with delicious food. Refined taste and surprising flavors with a lot of vegetarian options. I went there on a trip and definitely would come back in the future.

Firefly is one of the great authentic spots in the city. They offer Michelin Star level food and service with out the egregious price tag.
The menu evolves over time, but there are some dishes that are immortal. Right now the Tostones are to DIE for!

Absolutely delicious meal, friendly and attentive staff, and warm cozy environment. Surely the best restaurant we’ve tried in Noe - you won’t be disappointed.
Wine list is extensive and reasonably priced. Standout dishes were the cheesy bread, kale salad and the rockfish stew (a coconuty delicious fish stew).
Highly recommend. Made for a fantastic birthday dinner. Thanks Brad and Haley!

Ate at this wonderful restaurant last night for the first time and have to say that it was one of the best meals I've had in SF. The food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. Please help support this local business tucked between Noe Valley and Diamond Heights.

I have celiacs disease and was with a group of people who aren't GF, and who know good food. All of us loved our dishes, and all the dishes were hearty. The curry appetizer bowl was mildly spiced, and incredibly refreshing. The cheesey bread was like Brazilian bread, and the jam and pesto was so fresh. The lamb was so tender it fell apart, and the fried chicken dish made me forget I was gluten free. So good. You get what you pay for. And we were all full at the end. Total must-try.

Had a beautiful meal as a family here. Staff is very kind and attentive. Food was excellent from start to finish.
We thoroughly enjoyed every dish
Hamachi crudo tostado was delightful
Fried chicken with mashed potatoes
Salmon with potato chowder
Sweet potato tostones
Highly recommend almond cake for not too sweet finish to meal
We ordered more but can’t list it all here
Was very helpful with identifying dishes that would work for multiple food allergies. As menu states items that are not vegan can sometime be modified to become vegan as we needed (omitting sauces with egg, or components with egg for example). Very appreciative of whole team that made this beautiful meal possible. Look forward to visiting again.

What a great dining experience. Friends had heard about this restaurant but not yet visited — and gosh, are we happy they let us join them! The menu is mostly gluten free — and where it is not, alternatives were available. The flavors were well paired — the artichoke and green olive salad is a great way to start a meal. The wine list offers a great variety at most price points. From a truly gluten free perspective, the max and cheese was good — would have like a little more flavor, but that’s probably personal preference. The friend chicken was next level — perfect mix of crispy and moist — and not too greasy. The brownie sundae featured salted caramel drizzle and crispy corn flakes — it was great way to end the meal. All in all, this was a delicious meal and we highly recommend the visit.

Solid food. We discovered this place when looking for gluten free friendly restaurant options in the city. This place popped up time and time again. The entire menu minus one thing was gluten free. The food did not disappoint. There was a great selection of menu items (food and drinks, both alcoholic and non). Great atmosphere. Would recommend a reservation. We will absolutely visit again.

My gluten free and dairy free friend said it was some of the best food he’s had in a very long time.
I (as someone who eats everything) thoroughly enjoyed the main course. They made some killer striped bass. The deserts and appetizers were different and not as sweet as I would have liked, but my friend thought they were all delicious and perfect.
If you’re gluten free or have a gluten free friend, make sure add this to your itinerary. If you’re not, it’s still a nice place to visit and try some new dishes.
