Let me start by saying, it is very difficult to impress me. That said, Craftsman and Wolves Valencia EXCEEDED my expectations! When I needed to order a few dozen cookies and have them delivered in a gift box with a note card, they came through! On time and before the holiday! I’m pretty sure the cookies will be enjoyed by all. Thank you for being so AWESOME!! 10/10

Not a lot of cake/pastry selection but each piece they got is a work of art. LOVE the Rose Garden Stone, Affogato and Matcha Latte.

Nestled on Valencia Street, this charming cafe is a delightful discovery. While their small kitchen means no custom orders, the cozy ambiance and overall charm more than make up for it. It's a lovely spot to enjoy a pastry and soak in the atmosphere of Valencia Street.

Tried 3 menu items. I highly recommend the “mistress truffle croissant stack”. Wow, flavorful and the soft cooked egg in the middle. The chocolate croissant was good but suggest heating it. They are known for “the Rebel Within” (see photo) but I found it a bit bland and the dough in center was not fully cooked. I’ll skip it next time.

I'm sure I'm far from the first person to get lured into trying this place because of that heavenly looking "rebel within" pastry. It had a rich, fluffy cheddar biscuit consistency, and the molten egg definitely elevates it; I'd happily eat again, and usijg my imagination, it probably wouldn't be as good if you get it to-go. Apart from that, there were several other amazing-looking baked goods and a drink menu that could stand up to a coffee shop. My basic oat milk latte was coffee shop quality. The banana coconut bread was super moist and had a nice crunch from coconut. Servers are super nice/cool, too. It's a good-sized place with sitting room inside (I don't think there's WiFi), but it's not a bad place to spend a morning!

The rebel within pastry was the main attraction for us and it tasted good. Latte was good too - I'm very particular my latte and I liked it here. We also tried a bread pudding and a chocolate croissant - all tasted good and fresh.

Definitely ask for your the rebel within warmed - perfect ooze with blended savory muffin. Also tried their croissant with ham inside and pistachio cover. A good croissant but I figure it’s better just have the croissant fully savory or fully sweet. Dulce de leche latte is very sweet.

We had the chocolate croissant, an oolong French style pastry, an iced mocha, and a black tonic. The pastries were good but I didn't feel worth the price- the one pictured below was $14 iirc. The drinks were not good. Overall, beautiful foods but not worth going back for me personally, although I didn't try their most well known pastry (the rebel within.)

This place is a must visit. From the delicious coffees, to baked goods, & of course the runny egg inside the muffin thingy. Really a great spot in SF.

Finally tried the viral savory muffin, and the hype is real. The Rebel Within was simply delicious. It was a little salty at first because it was the first thing I ate all day, but after my tastebuds adjusted it was definitely a delight. They also have a vegetarian version with a falafel in the middle, I’m interested to try this one next time. Also enjoyed a Morning Bun. Flaky creamy and sweet! I loved it. Next time I’m in SF I’ll be sure to grab some of these.
