We dined at Ton Kiang yesterday for lunch. We always try to come when we are in The City as it is one of our fave spots to eat. We frequented it when we lived here. Parking can be an issue during peak hours so be prepared. The Staff have always been great and careful to explain what the dishes are and the ingredients in case of any food restrictions. The food has always been delicious and fresh every single time we dined here. One will never be disappointed. People always ask us where we go for dimsum in SFO and Ton Kiang is our first pick. We will keep coming back. Thank you for always keeping the same standard for the last 25 years.

First time eating here and the food was delicious! Would have given 5 stars but the serves was kind of poor. Our waitress was not helpful or patient when asking for recommendations and no one came by asking if we needed anything or if everything was ok. But overall good food, and I'd definitely go back!

This was possibly the best dim sum I have ever had in America. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and nothing was greasy or oily, which was very nice! I would 11/10 come here again, staff was friendly, food was amazing. I’d recommend the taro roots, turnip cake, and stuffed eggplant, but honestly anything you order on the menu will probably be great. Too bad I ate everything before getting a photo!

This place is ok - if I could give it a 3.5 stars I would - the service is good, relaxed, and this place lacks the long lines of nearby places which is a big plus when you have kids with you. Unfortunately the food quality isn’t anywhere near as good as some of the nearby places either - soooo good and bad I guess. We might come back - but keep expectations low if you’re a connoisseur of dim sum

Among the city's top dim sum places - often there is a wait. It's worth it! Once you are seated, wait staff brings an onslaught various dumplings, buns, pastries, stuffed vegetables, noodles and tarts. All you need to do is say yes or no (or order your favourites). Amazing delicious food, great prices. A feast!

Wow the variety of authentic Chinese cuisine here is amazing. We were led to this place by another foodie and weren’t disappointed. 38 bus from Union Square

Hakka Cuisine with daily Dim Sum. This restaurant has been here for a while now and has lots of different Chinese food dishes.

We come here often for dim sum. My favorite is their rice cake egg custard dessert. I also think their soup dumplings are okay, not amazing but definitely worth ordering. We also enjoy a number of their pork and shrimp dishes. Mostly, it's a great place to come and enjoy the company of friends. The wait is never too long, the prices are good. The tea is good and the service is quick and friendly. It's not the best dim sum in the city but it's one of my favorites. Low stress, good food.

Excellent dim sum. Only one out of eight dishes not up to snuff.
