7-eleven

By far the worst 7 Eleven I have been at, the workers don't have a clue of sanitations standards or customer service, they inflate the prices, don't honor the 7 Eleven promotions, horrible experience in all areas, all the drinks in the cooler are pushed way back or out of stock, last time I go there.

The older male staff here is very rude and unsanitary. I was looking at the displayed fried food trying to see what are those and the ingredients because I have asthma and I'm allergic to some food. The older male staff shouted at me to ask what do you need. I told him you don't have to shout at me sir because I'm still trying to figure out what to buy. When I told him the chicken, he held the insides of the paper bag to open it wide for my chicken. When I told him never mind my order. He shouted at me to get out of here. This older man should know better about customer service and sanitation. Never will I come back. No wonder they have a lot of ones in the reviews about rudeness, yelling and unsanitary.

I go here every morning. Its a pretty standard 7 11, but incredibly convenient to walk to from Springhill Bayside. Coffee is always good and fresh, coffee area is always clean, their burritos are the best food a guy can get for 2 bucks. Bit of a homeless issue, usually encounter 2-3 beggers a morning.

I was charged for an item I didn’t get. When I called them, the guy that picked up the phone was very positive and said they will help me out. The next day went there, they said they have to check the cameras, so, I should come back the following day. But they didn’t get my info. I forced to get my phone number and receipt info. That bustard never called me. 🖕🏽
