My fav is the steak and egg burrito... But everything that I have ordered is great. Super friendly and professional staff also!!! The only negative isn't the restaurant fault is people love to park in the handicapped area. It has happened several times. If these selfish jerks knew what it was like to have problems walking they would not do it!!!

Cotija serves good inexpensive Mexican food and I’ve been eating here for over 30 years. Love the rolled tacos and almost any burrito and the enchiladas are also very tasty.

Pollo asada protein bowl was delicious, as was the carne asada burrito. My only peeve was the avocado guacamole was a little bland and watery. Other than that I would go back again definitely

We mistaken this as a sit down restaurant. It's not. However, the manager, Rey, and the staff made us feel welcome and got us seats on the covered patio. The foods were delicious! I really enjoyed the chips.

So good. I was back in San Diego for a few days, and craving a good burrito, so my friend suggested we go to her favorite place. She was spot on. The food was amazing, the horchata tasted like rice pudding in the best way, and the patio dining area was fragrant with jasmine flowers. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

One of the best crispy Chicken Tacos that I have had in a long time. I had cilantro & onions added to it. Chips are a little bit thicker and the nice variety of salsas too!

Still craving the vegetarian burritos, beats all the burrito spots I've been to in Canada. Authentic Mexican food hits different for sure. Wish you guys had some halal/kosher options.
For anyone looking to order purely vegetarian, make sure you get the whole boiled beans instead of the refried ones.
