My only experience at this location was walking 5 blocks to come to 7Eleven and finding the doors chained closed. The employee was mopping the floor and said they're closed and would reopen in 45 minutes. So I went to the 7Eleven a block away and found the same situation. Wouldn't it be smarter and better for both if they weren't closed at exactly the same time. That way you wouldn't be turning people away?

I just witnessed today one of the worst treatments of another customer. A clerk ( female/Asian) at 12:30 p.m. just treated this male in a condescending, humiliating fashion. I sent an email to headquarters and hope they address it.

A somewhat good convenience store if you're looking for a quick snack. Went here 4 times already and left satisfied. Their food is not that bad considering the cheap price. The place looks quite messy but still clean. The staff is kinda friendly and does their job well. Have no problems with it during my visits.

Never had a problem with the employees, always good service but one time an employee starting making fun of my friend and me. He started teasing us and because I said something back he started making fun of my physical. After 2 months I saw him again and he said remember what you told me last time? And he refused to give me customer service which is against the law. He also told me he doesn't care if I complained. By the way it's the guy from the night shift, all the other employees are wonderful except for him.

Discriminatory practices. An employee named Abraham locks their door for one to two hours whenever he wants and only lets certain people in. They should not be allowed to say they are open 24/7 when they are closing the store for hours at a time. A new over night male worker who wears glasses is rude, and tried to charge what he called tax on an item that can't be taxed. So I definitely did not make a purchase. Zero stars if possible!

I literally live above this store so I have every interest to befriend them and be invested in their success; and I tried. I tried to buy a breakfast burrito; I introduced myself to the checkout person as his new neighbor and asked him how I should heat up the product. He said by microwave. I asked for how long. He said he had no idea, ācheck the instructionsā. I said, it didnāt say and asked him to help me figure it out. He said, no itās my problem. I reiterated that I am his neighbor and I want his help to buy and use his product. He said, ānoā, very rudely. It shouldnāt be this hard.
