Subway

This place made me leave without my order because my 3 year old son has to wear a mask and I been here before with my son without a mask and other subways. I wear one a mask my 3 year old done everywhere we go and this is the only place that won’t let me son enter the building. I will never come back here and for people with young children that don’t understand they need to wear a mask I wouldn’t bring them here you child had to be under 1 years old to enter without a mask

Their phone doesn't work so if you have an issue with your mobile order, it cannot be fixed. They did remake my sandwich when I asked after I made a mistake but was unable to contact them to correct it. However, when I asked for a new sandwich, she looked at me like I was silly and said, "it says 11:50," and I had to reaffirm that 45 minutes is a justifiable amount of time to ask for a new sandwich. If their phone worked, I could have called immediately after to tell them of the mistake that was made. They were not aware their phone wasn't working.
