I ordered my favorite lemon pound cake this morning. When I got to my destination I discovered my pound cake was placed in the bag upside down and all of the icing (which is the best part) was stuck to the inside of the bag. I had to scrape it off the inside of the bag. That sucks! This has never happened at any other Starbucks. WTH!
I think they're pound cake is a little expensive. But I like it a lot so I splurge.

Baristas here do NOT want to blend my Keto drink because it messes up with the blender blades 🙄 Today, I ordered a cold brew through the app but was unaware I couldn’t pick up unless I utilized the drive -thru. Line was long so I called back and requested a refund. Lady took my info and she said she would call back to give me my refund. She never called me back. Batistas are always disgruntled!!

This place has a very stupid rule. You cannot order if you don't have a car. I even tried walking through the drive through and nobody answers. I'd give zero stars if I could

Convenient location while waiting to cross the border, baristas are friendly, the place was clean. Few minutes from CBX

It is advertised online as in-store and drive-thru pick up available but they still force you to go through their drive-thru when you do a mobile order. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. They’re also the only Starbucks who manages to get my drink wrong on the regular.

Great starbucks location! Closest starbucks to fire station 43 the place is always clean and the staff is always very friendly! Alexia goes above and beyond for all her customers. Highly Recommend
