Wow! Best place to come for your daily morning coffee needs!. They also have great breakfast here too, my favorite item is the Breakfast Burrito Panini that comes with hash brown, bacon, egg, cheese and a California favorite AVOCADO. Definitely choose this place over Starbucks any day!. And the best thing yet is that it’s all reasonably priced too.

Wow! Very modern and cute coffee shop nestled against a gorgeous and affluent apartment complex. The Breakfast Burrito Panni is perfect. Excellent combo of tator tots, meat, avacado and salsa. Somehow manages to taste fresh and is not greasy. I'm always happy to find places with Acai bowls too.
*hint parking can be scarce, lots in the city park across the street are amble.
The Google sub descriptor for Cafe ZZO was "comfort" food and I disagree. We almost skipped this place because we wanted a filling but not a heavy breakfast and this place was perfect. Good background music, excellent staff (I think it's a really helpful mother daughter combo) both inside and out sitting. We will definitely come back tomorrow.

I absolutely love this place! The coffee and the burrito panini that were on the menu were delicious. Not to mention the amazing service and staff that worked there. I’m so saddened that cafe zzo had to close up shop, I hope somehow when all of this is over they will come back.

The club sandwich is my favorite. The price is moderate, but the quantity and quality makes it all well worth it! Friendly staff. The atmosphere is a very modern "pick me up" feel, just overall makes your day, and leaves your tummy very satisfied 😋

Just get the chicken pounder Cali burrito panini thing. They'll know what you mean... And you're welcome. Ok but seriously this place is delicious, I highly recommend that Cali chicken pound burrito thing. I promise they will totally know what you mean; it's got juicy diced chicken breast, cheese, red onion, tots (FREAKING TOTS), rice, black beans, and avocado. Ask for red and green sauce and prepare for a flavor explosion. They also have an awesome rewards program that gets you a free item (I think every 100 points). The rest of the menu consists of sandwiches, smoothies, baked goods and various drinks. Super cute spot located next to the Casa Mira View office (walk through the gate on the left). Mind their hours!
