Will just continue to go here for JUST CHICKEN! I tried the birria tacos n omg don't waste ur time or MONEY $10 for 2 birria tacos?!?! I wouldnt even consider this a birria taco! It had no meat the tortilla was like a tostada the consome idk what that even was but it was not consome tell u that much! Idk who approved to putting this on the market but they must have been loco!

El Pollo Loco's drinks is made of mainly water. Today, I went and got sum to eat and I ordered to have a drink too. I went to the station and wanted some Strawberry Lemonade Minute Maid. As I was pouring it, I noticed the drink looked like water and only a stream of pink. As I came out of the El Pollo Loco, I wanted a sip of my "drink" and it tasted like water. UNBELIEVABLE, YNEXCEPTAVLE, NEED TO PUT SOME REAL DRANKS!! My cousin and sister got Hi-C's and you should to, or maybe dont even get a drink

They have a good deal for a Classic Chicken Burrito that includes chips and a soda. Their red sauce, to advice anyone who isn’t familiar with it, is tasty and pretty spicy. It is definitely more spicy than tasty, a little too spicy for me. The burrito is small in size compared to other burritos I’ve eaten, yet overall I found the meal to be satisfying - enough or a fair amount for my stomach.

The absolute WORST customer service in the drive thru by Arturo. He was so rude! Slammed the window in my face. Was extremely argumentative. I’ve been coming to this location for years now as it’s right down the street and sadly I will NEVER return again.

We ordered 2 chicken avocado burritos and were VERY disappointed. There was little chicken and little avocado.
We will never order nor recommend those burritos again.
