05/26/2022 Update: I tried the Chipotle Honey Shrimp Tacos plate $11.49. I enjoyed the Tacos and chips. I'd pass on the beans as they aren't very flavorful. 05/25/2022 Happened to find this place not too far from Planet Fitness. I ordered the lunch special two fish tacos plate which came with a drink for $7.49. The tacos don't look like much. But they were freshly made and delicious. Right before noon it got super busy with the lunch crowd. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The dining area was clean. The salsa bar is still closed. Restroom was clean. I will definitely come back! #cheapeats #nomadlife #stealthcamping

Rubio's is always pretty good. I got the two-taco plate (steak and fish especial) on flour, and that flour designation is usually what makes my orders take longer. Didn't mind the usual wait (longer than most fast food places, but the food is better). I was sitting outside during one of these visits taking a call for work, and they brought out food to my table even though I ordered to-go and didn't have a number, which was very considerate. Great staff, good food, clean location. They still don't have serve-your-own salsa due to COVID, but you can ask for the salsas you like when you pick up your food. Will go back!

Okay so I love Rubio's. When I first discovered them I was addicted to the fish taco especial's. The pesky combo was my go to meal every time I visited. Well now I've been to Rubio's so many times I realize that I pretty much like ALL their food. Currently is the coastal trio that I'm loving. So this is the first time I went to this Rubio's because I recently started working near this one and getting lunch daily at Gravity Heights can put you in the poor house. So I suggested to a CO worker that we go here one day and we can have a glass of wine here as well! Well we were beyond disappointed because this location only serves beer (don't get me wrong I'm a beer longer too), which is a bummer because we love the food and how close it is and it would save us A TON of money IF we decided to have a glass of two of wine at lunch time. Of course my job frowns upon that and we have taken that into consideration. Anyway the cashier was very hard to understand, not just because of the mask, that's understandable- but he mumbled and spoke very low. Not unfriendly though. All in all it was a good experience. Always love the food
