Literally my FAVORITE Starbucks!!! I’ve been to many different locations but go out of my way to come to this one because they ALWAYS make my drinks the best and with care!!!! They are fast yet the drinks are just perfect. Other locations seem to be watery, not made correctly, and just tossed together but these drinks are made with excellence and I just had to rave for a sec about it!!!

best starbucks ever. i moved to california recently so it’s nice to have a safe space and get out of the house. to feel like you have family in an unfamiliar new place where everyone knows your name when you walk in. Jp especially, he was the first to make my customized cold brew. One day I started to come in and i didn’t even have to say the words anymore to order. He just knew. JP is best at leadership no manner how fast paced the job is. I thank him and the team for being so kind. He also was a huge help when my car had gotten broken into across the street. He stayed on the phone for over 2hours just to be sure it got reported and that I was safe. This helped me recover everything! I was and am so grateful. Thanks again crew ❤️

I really like this Starbucks because it’s so nice and brand new. I’ve been here multiple times and before this last experience I’ve had a great interactions with the workers. Unfortunately today when I went this man with no name tag was so utterly rude. No conversation, no smile, and didn’t read my order back or even try to make sure the order was correct. Because he had no name tag I can’t name him but he was an older man with a mustache. I really hope he wasn’t someone in charge because this isn’t an experience anyone should have to experience especially from someone in with a higher position. Very sarcastic and smart with his remarks. If I go back and see him I will get his name and make sure to write another review.

The rudest group of Starbucks employees.
This morning while I waited I saw people with mobile orders ask for an update on their drinks, staff recite how many minutes it had been since the guest put in their order, then staff went to pull the sticker, get started on the order and hand out the drinks.
The team was rude to the guest for checking, but if the guest didn't follow up, then the team didn't start the drink.
This is a very busy Starbucks and it's disappointing to get so much attitude when you pay Starbucks prices and have a level of expectation.
Starbucks in Ralph's is good. They take the app!

Absolutely awful location. The man working Tuesday night 5/10/22 was awful. Very rude, not social, didn’t say a word to us the entire interaction. We ordered our drinks and he didn’t even tell us a total, if there was anything else. Nothing. Completely quiet. The people before us were told “we do not have those ingredients for your drink like I already said the first time”. This is not the first time either. Every time I have been here it’s been terrible. Snobby, rude, and from looking at the other reviews many people feel the same. If these people can get a job, anyone can. Highly disappointed in Starbucks.

Entire drive through order was messed up after tipping 5 dollars cash! The cashier couldn't break a twenty so she had to ask her boss? Then, no Thank you either. Asked for cream in 2 teas, I didn't get any had to walk up to the window. Ordered grains, a warmed chocolate croissant and received no spoon or napkins. Had to walk up to the window again. At least I checked before I drove off, and I will everytime now.

A typical Starbucks experience. The coffee is good enough, the baristas are actually really nice, and the atmosphere here is definitely laid back and chill. It's located next to a Vons and a HUGE apartment complex, so people are going in and out frequently. It's not very quiet, but there is lots of indoor seating available, and a good (although there could be more tbh) amount of outlets are available to use for work/study on your laptop or whatever else you may need an outlet for. There are lots of tables to sit at, 4 comfortable lounging chairs, and an L shaped seating area with comfortable booth like seats, and round tables. The location is very spacious, and even though many people come here, there is almost always seating and outlets available. I love coming here to sit down, drink some coffee and write code. It's a bit loud, so headphones are recommended. The area it's located in is also a nice area, somewhat near the mission valley and fashion valley malls and best buy, among others, and has a drive through. Overall, a good Starbucks experience. I'd say above average for Starbucks I guess.

There's a handful of great employees here that are friendly and helpful but overall the staff is rude, slow, and acts like they are doing you a huge favor by allowing you to have some Starbucks. Somebody has got to get a hold of the staff's attitude problems in here. It makes this a completely undesirable place to buy expensive coffee. If you don't like serving customers maybe being a Starbucks barista is not the best job for you.
