Veggilish

Had a fantastically filling lunch here, but had to wait a long time. There was only one cashier and seemed like only one cook, and then were already behind on orders when I got there. The cashier warned me it would be a 10-12 minute wait as they cook the fish protein add on to order, but he was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I got a house made iced hibiscus tea that was tangy and slightly bitter, very tasty. Once I finally got my food it was worth the wait. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the cilantro sauce and delishious. Will definitely be returning, probably at a less busy time though.

We had some business in downtown and found this amazing health food alternative that was delicious. The owner was very hospitable and accommodating. They make grilled tofu taste delicious with a myriad of dressings to choose from "SAUCE!" I added Cotija cheese to top it off. I will definitely be back since I can order online now. Good afternoon Damian, I came into veggilish today for lunch and unfortunately I was very disappointed with my bowl. There was no line, as I intentionally came in around 11. I ordered quinoa and Sauteed garbanzos in my bowl and both items were not cooked properly, flavorless and pretty much ruined my lunch. Quinoa should be fluffy and was more or an uncooked rice texture, garbanzos were still hard, and I don't understand why they were sauteed (browned). I think you should invest in training your team and proper vegetarian cooking techniques. If your model is to serve healthy wonderful ingredients, then you also need to help your team execute the cooking preparation. I really enjoyed the bowl idea and the sauteed zucchini and sweet potato were really yummy and I also liked the Thai peanut sauce. I might try this again.
