We were recommended this spot countless times and I see why. A hidden speak easy perfect for date night that takes the hassle out of you deciding what you want to drink. Both my drinks were PERFECT. The bartenders showed us a bunch of love as out of towners and shared their favorite local spots as well.

I was so so excited to come here. The atmosphere is so cool. The giant skull wall, Paintings on the ceiling, and wax dripping chandeliers are all stunning. We waited an hour to get in but we didn’t have a reservation so that’s totally understandable. Im surprised we got in at all. We got food at the neighborhood while we waited it was perfect timing and highly recommend. The entrance is so cool. The entire vibe and experience itself is great. I loved how the bartenders came up and asked for drink profiles it felt very intimate and specific to our needs at 1st…it did take 25 plus minutes for them to come over to us and then another 20 plus to get the drinks at least but it was busy so I kinda expected that. I realized after we got the drinks that all of our drinks were just classic cocktails. The drinks were simple but they did taste good. I was a little under whelmed with the cocktails if I’m being completely honest. I am a bartender and I could have made all the drinks we had. They were not unique to the bar, they were classics that anyone can get at any somewhat decent cocktial bar. That being said they did a really good job showcasing the classics, I just was expecting them to have an actual cocktail menu or something that was unique in that regard. Also we hardly had time for 2 rounds before they make you settle up so more people can come in, it felt a little rushed due to it taking so long for them to get our 1st round going. I’m still gonna leave 5 stars because the experience overall was fun and I recommend it. It’s worth it for the aesthetic alone.

65$ for 3 rounds of amazing craft cocktails and beautiful atmosphere. It’s very hard to get in even with reservations but I can’t find any reason to not make the effort!

Small but very cool place. Zach was great. I had an idea of a drink I wanted but they didn’t have everything so he made me something close. It was probably the best old fashion I have ever had!

I always love bringing visitors here! The service and ambience are always ten out of ten. Brandon and one other man (I don’t know his name) typically serve us, and we have enjoyed every single cocktail very much. My boyfriend and brother even said it may have been the best cocktail they’ve ever had.

The coolest speakeasy that my husband and I have been to in the US and Europe, this one is truly a gem. There’s a menu but scratch it, you’re here for the real experience so just pick the dealer’s choice. Our magical bar tender, Drew, whipped up the best drinks we’ve tasted. I shared that I was in the mood for gin and husband wanted dark liquor. A few quick questions from Drew on what we typically prefer and wow, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend. Pro tips: Reservations are booked out for weeks but don’t let that deter you. Go through the restaurant Young Blood to the back area by the bathrooms, go through the door that looks like beer kegs, and put yourself on the waitlist of the best bar in the world. They’ll text you when you’re table is ready. In the meantime, grab a quick drink/bite at young blood while you wait.

Amazing speakeasy in the back of the restaurant. Staff is amazing at coming up with creative cocktails matched to your preference. All drinks were absolutely amazing and far better then most other speakeasy’s in San Diego. 5/5

Each experience I've had at Noble Experiment has been memorable. The bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and I love being able to trust their judgement based on what I tell them I like. I've had drinks I would have not considered elsewhere and been blown alway. Noble Experiment is definitely worth your time and let them take you where you want to go.

Overall had such a great experience both at the Neighborhood and Noble Experiment. The server at The Neighborhood was nice and the food came out quickly. The cocktails made by Sierra were definitely the highlight of the night! This was the first time I loved the drinks I got at a bar. My husband loved it as well and said it was his favorite bar experience as well. Would definitely recommend for a date night or night out with friends! Would also like to mention the hostess seating for Young Blood and The Noble Experiment. She was efficient, friendly, and accommodating. One of the best date nights we've had!

Stunning interior design and service to match. Give it a try! The dealer’s choice concept (bartender asks what you like taste wise and they come up with a unique drink for you) is genius! I always find it hard to order a drink I might like from a menu because I’m still a simpleton who doesn’t know what I like yet. It was great to be able to be surprised multiple times in a row with incredible flavors and combinations like nothing I’ve ever tasted or experienced. The only downside to this location I noticed was that the ventilation inside the main bar area and also inside Noble Experiment was poor or non-existent. On New Years is was a bit warm, humid, and definitely crowded and I’ll just say I noticed the lack of ventilation and it was uncomfortable enough for me to remember it as the only slight downside I can remember from our awesome night. It feels romantic, hidden, and it’s a small area which forces you to get closer/more personal. However, I’d suggest refraining from visiting a crowded place with poor ventilation at this period of the pandemic. It was not smart to let myself be convinced to go in the first place, don’t be like me! Booking is only a month ahead, by the way.
