I wish I read all those reviews before ordering! I ordered the honey mustard rotisserie style chicken! THIS WAS THE WORST SANDWICH I’ve ever had! There was chicken skin in my sandwich! The chicken tasted so so bad that even when I took it out and tried to eat my “lettuce and tomato” sandwich it still tasted so bad! I can’t believe they put all the bad parts of the chicken in a sandwich!

I regularly go to this Subway. I always speak slowly and clearly to do my part in making sure my order is heard correctly. Apparently that didn’t matter in this case as the employee was there physically but not mentally. I asked for steak and cheese on footlong Italian. Had to stop the employee from making spicy Italian on footlong Italian herbs and cheese. I asked for only a little ranch, but so much was added that it’s spilling out of the sandwich. Speaking of sandwich, this was made like a hotdog with burnt bread. 1st world problems, I know, but come on.

The worst customer service ever the lady nsme Norrian took our order she doesn't understand English at all and was so rude to us. I asked her if she could change her cloves for my order she got mad and went on and on without making any sence. She was extremely un helpful rude and racist no way I would ever go to this place again. If u want 5o enjoy ur food with ur family than u might want to think twice before some crazy try to rune ur day for noreason.

This restaurant should never take ONLINE order. I placed 4 sandwich orders at 1p.m., pick up time by 1:20p.m. When I got to the store to pick up at 1:22pm, it wasn't ready, not even started. Yeah, I get it. Sometimes they are busy and may be there's delays. There was one customer on a line and one employee making sandwich. After serving one customer, this employee started making 2 of my sandwich and after that, he was taking order from one customer who came in after me and started to making sandwich for that customer. I asked why is my 2 other sandwich is not getting prepared. He asked me what time is now, sounded like I just got here and demanding. I told him it was 1:36pm. He showed me the order was in 1:20pm. I told him that order was made at 1 pm. ONLINE and 1:20pm was PICK UP TIME. After realizing that he started making my the other 2 sandwiches. I finally got my 4 sandwich at 1:40 p.m. This guy did not say anything and just handed over sandwiches. No apology for delays or anything. Sure, I didn't expect, but where's customer service mind? There was another employee who seem to be taking a break inside. There were 4 people lined up in store after my order, but this poor guy was making my sandwiches. Had the other guy been helping, even for 5 min, every customer could have gotten their orders processed without waiting for long. I will NEVER place order ONLINE at this store. I love Subway sandwich, but I don't plan to go to this store again. There's no manager and no service attitude found from these guys.

DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered two sandwiches online and came to pick them up. The packaging was so poorly done, I could see some food coming out. Upon opening the packaging, the sandwiches were both extremely underfilled, with barely any lettuce and substance. Bread was overcooked and burnt. Terrible experience and terrible training of whoever made this sandwich. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Had a great experience with a wonderful employee here today! Amazing customer service, very friendly and professional. I wish I asked her name but she had a fun black mask with a safety pin on it! She made our sandwiches correctly, quickly, and yummy all while being so friendly and conversational! She was also super apologetic and accommodating when she realized they were out of soup and even checked in back even though I told her she didn't have to. Would come back just to get to interact with her since she was so great!

Worst. A girl who overly did her eyelashes asked what I wanted on my sandwich and decided to rush it when someone asked for tissue at the same time bc she couldn’t time management. I told her exactly what I wanted on it twice especially the second time that she asked and when I got home the sandwich had nothing that I asked for. Also got food poisoning. Good job👍🏽
