Starbucks

This particular Starbucks has decent parking, clean bathrooms without locks, unusually comfortable chairs, reasonable service, and relatively good hours, closing at 9pm. However, it gets extremely cold in the evenings, and the noise level from the fan above the doors, is almost unbelievable. The place also gets very crowded with high school students in the mid-afternoon, but otherwise is not usually crowded.

I don't want to leave this comment because i loved Starbucks so much. It was my favorite place to see whenever I'm at a foreign place because I knew I could trust Starbucks. Unfortunately that door is closed for me forever today and my world just became a little dimmer today. I ordered on my app to pickup an oatmeal with two blueberries. When I arrived home, I found out that it was only one. From now on I will need to check my orders before I leave the store. I feel a trust is broken and my love for Starbucks will never be the same. Starbucks is slowly becoming another store to me, a true fast food place. I will start to drink instant coffee and eat instant oatmeal. Because I have been asking people to give me Starbucks gift card for my birthday, I still have almost $400 in Starbucks gift card. I don't know what to do with it.

service.. not up to par.. requsted no whip cream.. yup.. gave it.. cup was an inch away from full.. when brought to thier attention (like they didn't notice) scrapped off whip. added ice/ water.. blended it. gave back.. watery.. this whole ordeal 15, 20mins. one person before me.. 3 people !+ manager behind counter 8pm(ish). and was cost $6+ for this experience.

I don't usually write reviews however I wanted to for this specific circumstance. I went to another Starbucks this morning and their nitro machine was down however while I was there still ordered a drink and a loaf for my partner. After we left we came to this Starbucks location so that I could get my nitro cold brew and some more food items for breakfast. immediately the partner working drive through while helping us was emotionless and cold. From my perspective as a former partner this goes against what Starbucks is built on. Not only was this partner rude, when I received the food bag I was looking to be sure I had everything and when I was unable to find an item where the partner said it should be it was not there and the partner did not believe me and asked the check the bag herself. The partner found the item at the bottom of the bag and I was like great problem solved however as I was about to leave she said there was a pastry in the bag that was not mine. I did not realize it until I was leaving but that was the pastry I bought at the previous Starbucks location previous to this one. I am unsure of the partners name however I did note that she was wearing a black coffee master apron. This disappointment me further because partners wearing those aprons have to care and go out of their way to be able able to achieve the title. The pastry isn't a big deal or else I would have gone back however it was just the service and lack of of the use of the LATTE model that we are TRAINED to act upon that disappointed me today.

Love this place. Come by almost every week with my girlfriend and dog. Quick question. So not in a rude way whatsoever but do we have to ask for a large puppacino? My 75 pound boxweiler always gets a small pup cup and is disappointing and don’t want to seem greedy by asking for more. So I never do. But it’s just a tease for her. So do I have to be specific and ask for a large and pay a difference or ? Thanks.
