Love this place , but today's service was okay. 07/15/2023 8am - Lovely lady at the drive through window was amazing , friendly , and patient. I had placed a mobile order for Creme Caramel Crunch frappe with extra crunch & a Java Chip frappe with no whipped cream. I was given two Regular Caramel Crunch Frappes. I come to this location every Friday and I'm used to the creme caramel frappe looking like the picture , light in color and with whipped cream on the bottom with the crunch. This one was definitely a regular caramel crunch frappe (I can't have too much caffeine for a specific reason so I was bummed out) I told the lady about the java chip frappe and she told me they can remake it, they made it with whipped cream on top, when again the label says no whipped cream. So to the Lady at the window, you're super nice. But to the ones actually making the orders, please please read the labels and what is adjusted.

We just left the drive thru and had the best customer service experience. We had the pleasure of being served by Barista Kien which gave us superb recommendation on Chai tea and just had such a pleasant voice. We’ve Been to many Starbucks and never have we received such an outstanding service or had an attentive genuinely skilled Barista such as Kien. Starbucks should feel privileged to have such an employee. Keep it Up Kien! You’re definitely going up!

My wife and I love this Starbucks! Although the parking lot is often crowded and chaotic (we feel we're more likely to get in a fender bender here than at most other Starbucks nearby), there is no specific parking spot in front of the business to run in and pick up a mobile order, and the drive-thru line is often long, we still drive the extra distance instead of going to one of the two Starbucks that are closer to our home for coffee take out because this one always makes our customized drinks exactly like we order, whether we order at the drive-thru or on the mobile app, and they are always delicious! Really great, friendly employees too who help us customize our order if we say what we are looking to change about our drink but don't know exactly how to order it. The Ihop across the driveway is closed so it's parking lot is usually empty for an uncrowded, peaceful place to park if you don't mind a short walk, or you can use the drive-thru for pickup because the line moves fast.

Love this Starbucks location at 12889 Rancho Penasquitos Blvd San Diego, CA. The manager, Joey and his staff such as Katie, Rachel and Lex always make are visit extremely pleasant. What can I say it's Starbucks and I went through the drive thru. It was good the coffee drinks tasted good the only complaint is I specifically order a non caffeinated drink for my 9 year old and they handed me a regular caffeinated iced coffee. Luckily I checked the drinks and pulled into the parking lot and went in to exchange it. Other than that everything else was fine.
