Customer service was lacking not rude just no smile.
The food was amazing!!😋 and honestly that's the most important part . We have to remember that these jobs don't pay enough for the hard work, and other things food service workers go through.

Go for the cali taco. Slightly less well known than the California burrito; still delicious. Across the street from Plants Por Favor - support your local shops.

This was our (8 year old twins & myself) first time here. We were all really satisfied. I will definitely go here again. There location is excellent right in South Park on the main drag. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Had the special Jumbo Delux burrito. It was a good size. Also enjoyed the large Jamaica Agua Fresca. Good price for a small lunch to share!

I just started going to this restaurant because its close to my job, and being that I am a local Mexican food is my default, but what has me coming back here is the customer service. The cashier is always welcoming, and double checks to ensure that my order is correct. She is very lovely to interact with, and I appreciate her gleeful spirit.

My family and I visited Sombrero’s on Fern st in San Diego after the SD Zoo today Sunday 9/19/21. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean it was. I was so impressed. The service and kindness was fantastic. The cooks were friendly and amazing with the food. Our orders were prepared quick, fresh and with a smile. They are very generous on the portions and everything is authentic of course and you can taste it in every bite.

Better than expected. I liked the crispy shredded chicken taco the best. I got it supreme which added guacamole and sour cream. Great cheese. Good for keto friendly choices. Lots of cool menu items to try. I’d come here again it’s an easy lunch.

Ordered the pollo asado dinner plate for delivery ! Plate was delicious as usual. Arrived on time as promised ! Please help your local restaurants stay in business during these harsh times and lockdowns! We need these places to stay in business !!! Call your local restaurants and order take outs!

Good Mexican food! 4.5 stars. I ordered Cali Burrito Supreme. Came with chips too. Salsa bar had 5+ choices and those salsa's were very tasty.
Nice and cool A/C was a nice reprieve from the heat outside.
I was pleasantly surprised and will be back to try more options.
