Marketplace Grille

Marketplace Grille has my favorite chicken in all of San Diego. They somehow manage to grill it to perfection every single time, slightly crisp on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. Be sure to eat it immediately to get the full effect. If you take it to go, it's cooled down too much by the time you get home. Their hummus and shirazi salad are fantastic too with just the right blend of flavors to make it sing in your mouth!

This place was an amazing little spot that I found. Great food Augustine behind the counter was amazing. His friendliness and courtesy went above and beyond. You have to try they're bean soup. It was phenomenal! All of their food is fresh and cooked right on the spot. Healthy and vegetarian options available.

My family and I are visiting San Diego and luckily discovered this place. The food was great quality and very delicious, and the service was impeccable. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the nice weather and a variety of dishes. The grilled salmon was my favourite but the chicken and beef were also a big hit. The appetizers tasted homemade. Overall a great experience. I will definitely come back here.

I ordered the Thanksgiving prepared dinner and it was wonderful. A complete home-made dinner with salad, mushroom turkey gravy, cinnamon stick and orange peel cranberry sauce, rolls, rustic pumpkin pie, flavorful stuffing, red potatoes and green beans, and the most succulent juicy tender turkey kabob chunks I have ever tasted. I was very pleasantly surprised with this satisfying and wholesome prepared dinner. I didn't even have to heat it up because I picked it up right after it was prepared on Thanksgiving Day. Thank you so much Marketplace Grille for allowing me to spend more time with my family and less time toiling in the kitchen.
