Village Indian Cuisine in San Diego is a true culinary delight! Its family owned one of the best Indian Restaurant in the area. We always have the amazing experience. Their food is so authentic and delicious all the times, they even have the Lunch special during the weekdays, which is always a good deal. Owner's Son Navdeep, with his genuine hospitality, goes above and beyond to make our every visit special. My son has formed a close bond with him, and he always looks forward to the delightful treat of Mango Lassi, a gesture that adds a personal touch to our dining experience. Came here with a craving for butter chicken and tikka masala chicken and we were very happy with everything. Navdeep was very nice and friendly; he checked on our table several times even though we let him know we wanted to-go since we just wanted to take a few bites and go. 😊 He also gave us some kheer to try and it's delicious! The space was clean and comfortable with lots of seating. Food came quickly. The last time we were here was precovid and things have changed quite a bit (no more buffets but we noticed every restaurant pretty much got rid of those) but the food is still delicious and we will be coming back again. (Maybe for their lunch special, I see a sign saying there are $13 specials!)

Came in tonight to avoid the traffic rush and got a delicious Indian dinner. Navdeep was very nice to us and made us feel very welcome. I’ve been here during the day and usually order in from them but I’m glad we stopped by in this quiet, yet friendly part of Kearny Mesa. Thanks Village Indian Restaurant! We will be back!
