This place is awesomely good. We got half rack ribs pulled pork and loaded fries with brisket. The brisket was so tender. Everything was delicious. Prices are great also....

This place was my first time trying Santa Maria style BBQ - and I’ve been back several times since.
Excellent BBQ - slow cooked the right way, choice of sauces - all are excellent, great sides, full bar/great beer selection, and the perfect atmosphere to enjoy all of it in. Owner and staff are all friendly and accommodating. Big beards welcomed/encouraged.
If you love BBQ like I do, you won’t regret coming in here. The Pulled pork is my favorite!
After following this place on Instagram since they first opened we finally visited today, just my hubby and I for his birthday! We ordered the sampler with a side of mac n cheese and onion rings. Everything was delicious! They have 3 different tasty bbq sauces but realistically I didn't feel like the meat needed it. It was that good. Let's talk about the chicken wings. Neither of us expected them to be as good as they were but dang they were bomb! They had the perfect amount of crispiness and very flavorful. They have a great selection of craft beer as well. Service was superb! Can't wait to go back :)
10 out of 10! Corbin’s Q absolutely ROCKS! The staff and service is amazing - super friendly and truly love what they do! The restaurant is an awesome place to kick back and enjoy your meal - great energy and vibe the whole time we were there. The story is so cool, starting at a the farmers market to now catering and across the country with a permanent location near SDSU! Check out Tap Trucks and their booze is tasty as well!
Do yourself a fever and enjoy a plate (or 3!) - highly recommend everything as you can’t miss on their menu!!!

We grabbed a sampler plate and bbq pulled pork loaded fries and it was all super delicious. Tri tip, loaded fries and the Mac and cheese were my favorite! Not a huge fan of the onion rings.
I tried a bbq chicken breast sandwich combo with fries and a drink. The sandwich was good and there was plenty of chicken. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable and I will return!

We had Corbin's cater a celebration of life. The staff that came out was very polite, respectful and helpful with our guests. The food was ready exactly on time. The food was delicious! The servings were generous and the leftovers were made available to guests with to-go containers. I would absolutely recommend Corbins Q for any event.
The manager here was really inviting and when I stopped to check on the beer of the month he helped me to decide to stay. I had the tri tip samich and a side of Onion rings, the sandwhich was perfect and they told me to try their unique mustard sauce which I did and I liked it a lot. They also have a spicy bbq sauce that I like. The onion rings came out a little too crisp (burnt) but when I brought it to the managers attention he apologized and replaced them with delicious golden ones, he also said he'd talk to the kitchen again and let them know not to do that again.
They have a small but full coverage beer selection with some great choices. I will be including this place on my future rounds.
This place is slamming, the tri tip sandwich is off the charts. Staff are great! Highly recommend!
Ate at Corbins today, and the food was great. Since we are from out of state, the
manager, Dante was very friendly, informative and made our meal very enjoyable.
We ordered the baby back ribs, and a meat sampler. Everything that we chose were cooked great and was very tasty.
