Came in for Rubios famous Taco Tuesday!
I know I was in Asian town but one cannot resist the power of a taco Tuesday.
The service was great because they explained the different combos and were very patient of my indecisive self to choose regular or the especial.
The only difference between the two is that the especial has cheese, guacamole and onions.
Definitely recommend!

I like the taco Tuesday special all day . $2.25 for classic chicken taco or original fish taco.
$2.50 for classic steak taco or fish taco especial. $9.99 for shrimp trio.
It’s just because the taco Tuesday, lunch time line was little longer and waiting for my food took like 15mins or so!!
They're not as good as they used to be, but they're still pretty good and the prices are okay. The parking is always available in the atmosphere is chill.
This restaurant truly stands out from the crowd, and the exceptional of flavors make it a destinations worth returning to time and time again.

Some extra photos, nice interior, not so great exterior seating. Again good wait staff, and management. Quik, fairly easy, and low cost mostly too!!

Unmatched fish tacos. Classic San Diego. Highly recommend. No Tex Mex here. Only real Mex.
Pretty good street corn salad and a burrito on special will go back! Seem like a chain ish place but certainly better than qdoba and chipotle IMO.
Great place to eat. I highly recommend Rubio's there food is awsome. Its different from anything that me and my family have ever ate.

I reccomend getting your receipt when they ask you if you want your receipt because they give you coupons with your receipt a two dollars off any entree and free chips and guacamoley on your next purchase. Them are good coupons.

Rubio's never lets me down. I had a bean and cheese burrito and a fish taco especiál. I like to get some chipotle salsa mixed with the really hot sauce, and also the hot salsa. Non-gendered single-occupancy restrooms.
Rubios is a hometown San Diego icon. Fish tacos put it on the map. They do not disappoint. We ordered online and picked it up in the store. Taco plates that included 2 sides. Default selection is chips and refried beans. You can choose several different combinations. Some may increase the final price. Get the Mexican street corn. It's worth the extra $0.75
Our order was ready by the time estimated. Store is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.
