Great place for food and sometimes beer - there are a ton of food choices and lots of seating. Three of us in our group ordered separately from Masten Sausage co......too funny. The sushi burrito was other great choice.
Visited here for brunch. We had reservations but it wasn't crowded at 10:30 am. I loved that all the ingredients are sourced from vendors in the public market.
The delicious mimosas were made with fresh juice and the cheese board had lots of great flavor combinations. My main which was their version of an eggs Benedict was good too (the mushrooms were awesome), but the poaches eggs were slightly overcooked.
The place can be a bit pricy if you order more than a main. Service was attentive and polite.
Lots of food choices: from various Asian cuisine, to French, to South American, BBQ, chicken, Vegetarian, tacos, Desserts, coffee and other beverages. Abundant outdoor seating - covered and open.
Had an office social at the Mess Hall. Great food choices from the market, range of beverages, and atmosphere. Will definitely patronize again.
Plenty of good choices. Beer and martini bar in cafeteria, but order your food from the food court area before picking a seat in the cafeteria. Great lunch place
Good for groups. Have someone show up early to secure a table. There's all kinds of food and drinks; something for everyone. The stalls take a minute to make the food (think food truck wait times) but it's excellent.
If you have folks that need a seat then I'd get there even earlier to make sure you can get a good spot on the patio.
The planes are loud and taking off every other minute but I find it's a great way to break up a conversation. If someone's telling a long winded story, for example, they're awesome. Don't try to talk over them. Nobody will hear you; embrace the "Point Loma pause"
I loved this place! Bartenders were clearly working hard but they made time to educate me on my drink. I haven't heard of a French 75 before and it contains all my favorite things! I would go again if I am ever in town.
Great place to grab a drink after you do a little shopping at Liberty Market. A glass of champagne will run you $11, but it's convenient. Seating is available both inside and out.
The Mess Hall itself isn't a restaurant but it's the gathering place for the many selections of restaurants in Liberty Public Market. A great place to meet a group so everyone can choose their favorite cuisine.
Super cool brewery place to hang out at!
They have such a huuuuuuge variety of beers to choose from and from so many companies.
You can either purchase a bottled beer, canned beer, or beer on tap.
Prices range anywhere between $1.50-$15 for a beer.
It's really spacious inside with high cielings. And you can drink at a table, bar or even outside!
And if you purchased a bottled beer, they can give you a glass or plastic cup to use.
Overall, awesome place.
