This Baskin Robbins is outstanding in literally every aspect of customer service. The ice cream they serve isn’t just delicious and flavorful, it’s so varied, which makes it interesting to go every single time. The staff is so kind and caring among their customers, and the new owner is so friendly! She recently took over the Baskin Robbins of this location, and it was such a great pleasure to meet her! She treated me with so much respect and kindness, that made me feel belonged. I was even able to try some of the flavors and realize my love for the cotton candy flavor. The store was extremely clean, and suited every single one of my needs as a customer of Baskin Robbins. With this being said, it would be an absolute pleasure to come back again next time!

As a diehard ice cream aficionado, it's become clear to me over time that Baskin Robbins' is genuinely underrated. The flavors are chock-full of goodies and rich without being sickly sweet. This is my go-to location and I've only ever received warm, prompt service from employees. Erica in particular is a gem! Lovely, thoughtful lady and the cakes she makes demonstrate impressive, meticulous artistry. LOVE HER 🤗

We had a gift certificate to spend here and decided to stop in after having lunch at Phil's BBQ nearby. The store is bright and clean with cone options clearly on display, which made it super easy to choose. There were a few flavors we were curious about, but due to the pandemic, they were not offering free samples. Boyfriend got the double scoop with cherries jubilee (his favorite) and the triple mango. The triple mango was absolutely superb and I highly recommend. I got a single scoop of the blackberry hibiscus. It's got a nice balance of the berry and sweet floral flavors with the hibiscus ribbon. There was plenty of booth seating inside and a few high top tables outside. Since masks were required inside, we enjoyed our ice creams outside. Overall, can't go wrong with ice cream!

I wish I would have looked at the clerk's name badge who was working the closing shift on 7/15/21, because he was hustling!! You pretty much expect the same flavors at BR locations, so that's the same. But the service was excellent for a guy working the counter alone with a good amount of people that last hour. Props to him! This is a great location for parking, and there are outside tables to utilize.
