I have to say Kappa Sushi’s lunch Bento Box is such a great deal. The food quality is amazing. I ordered a teriyaki tofu, the tofu was delicious, I loved the tempura vegetables and miso soup as well. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because, my husband ordered a $18 sashimi plate for lunch and it comes 6 tiny pieces of sashimi... just salmon and yellowtail. I don’t know if I would say it’s worthy for the price. But the Bento Box is definitely a great go-to order.

I came here the first time I decided to go out and eat by myself. It's a cute little place and I sat by the sushi counter. I ordered the Kalifornia rolls, the creamy mermaids and a small hot sake.! Safe to say there was not a trace of food nor sake left when I was done :D I will be back very soon to try some other great sushi options available here!

SEATING (4/5) - Clean. Small. Casual. I enjoy the counter seating next to where you can see them making sushi! PORTIONS AND PRICING (4/5) - One cut roll (~$9) is filling enough for me. FOOD (5/5) - Love the tempura fried sushi rolls here! Their veggie selection rolls are some of the best I've encountered. --Mr. Potatoe Head (veggie roll) was my favorite. Crispy on the outside with potatoes, avocado, cream cheese, and tofu on the inside.

Friends from San Diego took me here while on vacation. It's a great little spot for sushi. They have decent happy hour deals from 5 to 6:30. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the Blackened Ahi tacos from the happy hour menu. Would definitely go back again!

Best sushi ever! Went as a party of 9 vegetarians and the chef was able to take our preferences and create 10 great rolls for us plus 2 dessert rolls. Food was great and prices well. Would come back again.
