The Melting Pot

My wife and I spent our Valentine's day here. We have been going for years and have always enjoyed our times eating and talking at all of their locations. ** Tip - there is a Hyatt across the street where we booked a room, within a 1 minute walk. It's worth eating and staying the night 👍. Our server Jesse ( tall guy, short hair, works quick) he was professional, to the point, and adjusted his style to our comfort. Food was excellent, and presented well. Thanks to all who contributed to our evening, we had a great Valentine's day!

Great location and excellent customer service. We had a groupon for dinner for two and while we didn't especially like the food it was such a fun experience. The kids loved dipping their food and veggies in the brother and eating it. The dessert was delicious and they had many options to choose from for dipping. The place was kind of dead because we got there in between lunch and dinner, so that was nice. Cool experience and fun vibe.

Wonderful meal and Alex was an awesome server! We had gone to a different fondue place about 10 years ago and everyone left hungry. Not so with this place. We were very full and delightfully so. We had a Groupon, which didn't include the cheese fondue, but it was well worth the additional price. We loved it so much we joined the fondue club! Perfect ending to a perfect day.

We only come when we have a groupon, as it gets quite expensive. I suggest making a reservation. The last time we didn't make one, we had to wait an hour for a table. Not too bad, as we sat at the bar and had a cheese fondue while we waited. Then the actual meal from start to finish took 2 hours. Much longer than we had expected. Our server, also the bartender, was great, but took a while to get to us as it seemed he had a lot to do between a couple tables and the bar. It's only 4 stars because of the longer than expected meal time. The food and service was good

Great fondue! The whole experience takes quite a while if you want the four course, but taste wise it's awesome! If in a group, you choose the cheese and broth that you want as a group, but the meats and salad isnup to you; the dessert is shared as well. I liked the white chocolate dessert and the s'mores a lot; for meat I just picked the duck + different types of steak.
