From your staff in the dress department, to getting fitted for the perfect strapless bra, to your staff at the Mac counter, to finding booties for Banff! Nordstrom is my go-to store for everything!!!!! Thank you for the incredible customer service provided to me!
We were at the cafe during the Christmas rush and were treated so kindly. One employee helped us find a place to sit in the crowd Another graciously exchanged a salad when the incortect one was given. Very attentive service from our waitperson. Food was excellent. A very pleasant experience
It was delicious, and everything I expected it to be. When my sister took me here, I was very confused. I was like "You really want to eat at a restaurant in a clothing store?" Well, I was blown away by how high quality, fancy, delicious it was. I'm personally not a fan of spinach, but it blended so well with the Filet Mignon and potatoes. The Filet Mignon was a buttery garlic flavor, which I haven't had before. The atmosphere was very classy, the wait time was very short, and the food arrived within a few minutes. Definitely my new favorite place

A server at this restaurant (Pablo) is so cheerful and efficient that I come here whenever I am in the vicinity. He exudes pleasure with his job and the world. He's a valuable member of the Nordstrom team.
Mother’s Day brunch was fabulous! Felt like a princess. Waiter was happy, professional and very attentive. Food was excellent. Best Mother’s Day brunch I have ever attended. I’ll be back next year!
