My son found this place in Little Italy, we definitely wanted Italian food while down there. They had a really nice restaurant inside and lots of seating outside. We sat outside and I would definitely suggest that if you want a little bit of space. The inside got really crowded next to the bar as it’s a popular spot to grab a drink while you’re waiting for your table. I ended up getting the short rib lasagna and it did not disappoint. Our waiter was fantastic. He took care of us, helped us with the menu, and made sure that we never went without our needs. Don’t sleep on this place you got a try it .

No waiting needed whet your arrived at around 5:30. Food came out fast, and the service was great. The only complaint was my husband finding peas in his spaghetti. Other than this, we left as a happy camper.

This is a fun and happening place in the heart of Little Italy. It's quite loud inside (but fun loud), so we dined outside on the bustling sidewalk. Extremely professional service (Rosanna thank you!). Food was very good, nice wine list. Excellent cocktails. Lovely Italian food. Not the best in Little Italy but certainly in the top tier.

Outstanding! Great service and Delicious food. They accommodated our group of 14 people. We were able to bring our own cake and they kept it in the fridge for us. Only issue is self parking. I believe they have valet parking if you don’t want to deal with it. Their menu and prices are online.

Barbusa, a charming Italian eatery located in the heart of Little Italy. Being a popular spot in this bustling neighborhood, I highly recommend making a reservation beforehand to avoid long wait times, as walk-ins might have to endure a 1-2 hour wait for a table. During our visit, my companions and I decided to try the Lollipop Chops as our appetizers. Lamb chop with gorgonzola sauce was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavors that left a lasting impression. As for the main courses, the Pizzas and Pasta were undeniably delicious, though they didn't quite reach the level of astonishment. However, what truly stole the show was the mysterious concoction called the Barbusa Espresso Martini. This enigmatic drink recipe was not even listed on the menu, yet it proved to be a delightful surprise! I highly recommend indulging in this secret elixir that titillates your taste buds like never before. The only downside is that due to its popularity, the restaurant can get quite crowded, leading to a slower dining pace.

Lovely place. Modern Sicilian cuisine. Good sized portions. Very enjoyable dinner. I had the short rib lasagna. My daughter had the bone marrow pasta and garlic Parmesan fries.

Barbusa is a great Italian restaurant in Little Italy! The ingredients on the pizza are simple, fresh, and classic. The lasagna was delicious. I tried the Sangria, and it was sweet & and crisp, which I loved. Kitchen & cooks are in an open concept..so you have a great view. Recommend booking a reservation in advance. Weekend evenings are pact. The lower bench's indoor is a tad short for me since I am tall. The ambiance & decor are mixed with classic & modern chic*

Sat outside on a cool, busy, Wednesday evening under a heater. It was quiet outside and a beautiful, comfortable setting. The food was delicious and fresh - I ordered the meatballs and an arugula salad with goat cheese and beets. My husband ordered the gnocchi which had rich flavor. The value for the quality and quantity of food was top notch. Highly recommend!

Recommended by a friend, I was a little disappointed, I ordered the Bolognese Al Forno, usually these are oven cooked cheese on top and you can expect pasta like tortolenni or rigatoni or other nice teasty pasta, I really had the impression of eating a bowl of mini pasta ring. That been said, service and ambiance were excellent, probably other dishes on the menu would have been better.

I mean wow! Everything about this place was amazing! The lollipop chops, the crab salad, the shrimp appetizer, the tuna, the Cesar salad, the wine, the garlic bread. Literally everything was amazing. I definitely suggest everyone getting something different and sharing to try everything. The service was great! Definitely get a reservation if you can. Definitely a little Italy must try!
