Souplantation is always a great place to enjoy a meal, prices are reasonable and you can sign up for coupons. This place is clean and organized, the staff keeps clearing your plates from the table as soon as you are done. With plenty of options to choose from, come super hangry and leave happy!

Grew up going here so I had to visit while we were in town, and I was not disappointed at all! I love their salad bar options and delicious bread!

Great place to go for soups and salads. Includes vegetarian and vegan friendly options. Parking is OK and usually there's not a long line. Easy to get to also. You can sit and eat outside and they have heaters so you don't get cold. Variety of soup and salad options are the same throughout all Souplantations, so it's nice to know that all are consistent in the menu. It will all come down to location, level of service (which it's also pretty consistent since I see the same manager here and at others around SD) and how big of a party you're bringing. I like to sit near the windows or outside. Near the back, there's a lot of yellow lighting. Not that great if you come with a lot of people. It will be hard to sit in the same place. I would recommend the La Mesa location for that. Also not that great if you're on a Carnivore Diet like I was, because it will be limited to Eggs, bacon and Chicken noodle soup (without the noodles).

I love Souplantation. This location has available parking and a great salad bar. I'm only giving four stars because the restocking/refreshing of soups never happened once during my entire dinner and was disappointing. There were alot of people, but no more than other locations that I have visited. If anything there were less people. I love Souplantation and this one was clean and the employees attentive so I will definitely be back in the future.

I come here when Im ready to put it downnnn. Pasta and breads I could eat all day. Its souplantation not chris ruths but its still does the job. Its more of a family environment. Not expensive, easy and great for kids. The cool thing with buffets is you get to create your own food. Mix and match style

This is my favorite San Diego soup plantation. I feel like they have more seating so you can easily get a table. And it’s close to the sports arena, and OB so you have things you can do after eating.

The choices here are pretty typical of the Souplantation; always fresh, budget friendly and great staff. They take a little bit of time to refill the food. there is a huge parking lot but there are also sharing with the other business establishment around the complex so finding a parking spot is hard.

Soup/ salad. It's good for what it is, I like to come here, they do a good job of labeling items as well, considerate to people with goofy diets of sorts, like me a vegan. Soup was hot, salad was cold, couldn't ask for much more, always happy to come back.
