Well made pasta, high quality food and wine selection. Don't hesitate, this is a must go in San Diego!

Really good Italian food! Stopped by here for some pasta, we tried pasta with clams. It was amazing. Linguine vongole is my favorite pasta and they did it great. Very flavorful and with fresh clams. Service was great, too.

Delicious food and excellent service. I had spaghetti and meatballs which was fantastic and my companions really enjoyed the halibut and ravioli. As one negative, the beet salad was almost comically small, I cannot recommend as a starter.

Stopped in for a glass of wine. Bartender recommended the house Cab Sauv. Very easy to drink and delicious. The manager, Karina stopped by to greet my friend and I - very friendly and professional. Awesome vibe and I will have to come back here for food. All the food heading to the tables looked and smelled delicious!

Great casual dining experience in the gaslamp quarter. Pizza, homemade pasta - particularly the ravioli, were phenomenal. Also offer a kids menu and gluten free options, in case you're one of those people. Highly recommended for any occasion

Excellent place to grab some Italian food. Location is the best, you right in the center of the Gaslamp. We go there once in a while and always have a great time. Try their pasta with clams, its amazing!

This restaurant not only has phenomenal food, it has world class service. My party of 30 was cared for and never waited for a thing. The second we made a request our very busy server graciously and patiently smiled and got us everything we asked for. They made a very had day wonderful! Thank you so much for providing such world class service!

Happened upon this place by chance, and am glad that I did. Pricier than some other places in the Gaslamp area, but the food is worth it. Great variety and selection on the menu, the food was outstanding. Serious portions, too - you won't leave hungry. The staff were very attentive, and obviously very knowledgeable about the menu offerings. The girlfriend and I both had questions, and our waiter answered with obvious experience and sincerity - no rote-script commentary on the dishes, but honest (and excellent) suggestions. The food wasn't super-quick in coming, but this is obviously a place where you are planning on taking your time, so that wasn't a detractor. If you want a good, quality Italian dining experience down in the Gaslamp, check out Chianti. And be sure to try the tiramisu!

After having lived in Italy for 9 years, this equals some of the best. The most attractive part is the quietness of the accoustics making even a crowded dining room easy to hear your guest. We found the service comfortably slow as the food is cooked to order fresh; especially the seafood. For those who want quick service and no time for intimate conversation, there are many available drive through fast food chains! I recommend it!

One of the few restaurants in the tourist district that locals love!
I've come back a few times over five years of traveling into town and always have a fantastic Italian meal with incredible service. Highly recommended. Extremely accommodating!

I went here for Halloween a few years back because I had a restaurant certificate. My friend and I did dress up and walked in and we got a few looks but that's why we were in costume!
My friend and I had the cold cuts and mixed cheese board which had every type of italian deli meat you could imagine and delicious cheeses. It was a great way to warm up our stomachs for ravioli and lasagna. My friend had the lobster ravioli but she didn't like it very much and my lasagna was pretty standard. I don't remember too much of either because it seemed good enough to eat but not something I would have paid full price for without the restaurant certificate.
Our waiter was really nice and was also a wine distributor and offered great advice about wines. I had the moscato and it was definitely yummy but I don't think you can ever go wrong with moscato!

Didn't really know much about this spot but chose it since it had a table outside available. Had a nice dinner. Pasta was perfectly prepared as was the appetizer. Our waitress was really friendly.

We came early with two kids and 5 adults. As no one was seated they let us pick a table towards the back. They had a kids menu and very acomaditing. Thomas was a very well trained server. Food was very good. A little pricey but nice size portions. Was quite enough we could visit and we felt welcome to take our time. Would have given five stars but the back ground music was top 20 hits MC Hammer really? maybe play Italian or clasical. And Tira sum was shoggy. Do watch bill as they did add 20% tip to bill.

By far the best Italian restaurant in downtown gaslamp. We were referred here by friends. The homemade pasta and gluten free pizza was out of this world! Located in the heart of the gaslamp. Excellent staff

Great Italian in the Gaslamp :)
We had a wonderful experience at Chianti. The Cioppino was great and the pasta super fresh. Our waiter Jason was very knowledgeable about the wines and the menu and made sure we were well taken care of.
