Met up here with some friends for a birthday. Never been before awesome wine, awesome service play area in the back patio for your kids to play and the food was absolutely delicious with vegan options as well for my fiance.
The location was perfect for Liberty station the ambience vibe and feel was exactly what we were looking for. Great menu great options and selections and just a great atmosphere along with the employees and their service. We are fans and will definitely be back again..
We ended up here because the place we wanted to go to got rained out, they had to close because of the outside seating. This place had a really nice covered outdoor patio so we gave it a shot. Glad we did because it was fantastic.
They got the four of us a seat right away. Everybody was nice. We got drinks and some meatballs and focaccia garlic bread to start. It was delicious. Our main courses were also fantastic. There are still several things I want to try.
I've been here a few times for food and drinks. They do a good job with pizza and pasta, less good with drinks. Are there better Italian places in SD? Yes. Is this one good enough for lunch if you're at liberty station? Also yes.
Excellent Italian food in Liberty Station! We shared a salad and pizza and both were excellent! Pizza dough is fresh and reminded me of pizza in Italy. The salad we got is a craveable item with the most delicious homemade dressing! Large outdoor patio, great service. Would definitely return.
Came due to the reviews and the pizza looked Neapolitan. We got our food before we even got our wine. All of the food came out fast. The tables are quite small so this made us eat fast to clear space.
We had the polpito, which were big meatballs not small ones. They were tasty. We also had the beet salad which was quite good. And the pizza nicolte. It was okay. But missing the taste that makes you want another bite. We ended with the cannoli which was quite tasty with just enough lemon.
The wine was fantastic. The musician was delightful.
The place was very busy. The front was loud but the back patio was much more moderate.
First, many thanks to the staff for accommodating our group during the storm. The rain was pouring hard, and they only had outdoor seating. I will not hold it against them for the rain water dropping through the tent covering and wind coming through the open sides. We all know SD rarely rains.
I got to taste different dishes and glad I did. The lasagna and Calamari were delcious. The fried pizza was meh. The crust was yummy, but the pizza was soggy. The burratta was refreshing.
Overall, I'd come back again.
We sat outside and they had heat lamps
As a party of five they had no problem taken care of us. Food was good and arrived in a timely manner and surprisingly all of us ate everything they prepared . Plenty of choices for Vegans as we were 3 Vegsns and 2 not. Perfect place for variety
Great Italian food for reasonable prices in Liberty Station. We ordered the caprese salad, and two different pasta dishes, both of which were scrumptious. Our only complaint was the outdoor seating which we didn't feel was properly heated for the weather. Overall great experience and I absolutely recommend it.
Amazing food, great atmosphere! Definitely a must try spot in San Diego!
I love the ambiance here and the food so much so I'm having my wedding reception here.
