Don't even know where to begin with this place. Everything was fantastic! Tunes were awesome, had me dancing and singing in my seat. Service from the team was helpful and kind. Food was magnificent! I tried each of the traditional tacos and all of them are must tries! Guacamole was yummy! Green and red salsa was on point. Spicy creamy dipping sauce is a must try. Loved this place!

Food was great, it had unique flavors and always good quality raw materials. There were a TON of flies flying around tho. Not their fault but made the atmosphere not great.

No-fuss delicious taco place to stop by. Food served up fast. They had a salsa bar with different salsa and aioli sauces. Got horchata, and a couple different tacos. Very fun and flavorful with quality ingredients.

Love this place for unique good tacos. This location maybe better than others, I've heard other people say they're disappointed with other places. But I think this place is always impressive and delicious!

Super delicious tacos! My favourite was the special edition vegilicious (vegetarian) taco, which has a phenomenal combination of flavours. I also got the surf and turf - shrimp was well done but I found the steak a little dry and the tortilla a little too thick (homemade tortillas tasted amazing though!)

Fish and shrimp tacos were outstanding. Best (fish) tacos I had in SD (until I find better one).
The parking is challenging for obvious reasons but I found the parking garage next to the Union Bank that charges $1/hr.

If you want tacos done right, then I highly suggest getting them from here. There’s a reason City Tacos have such a good rep. The quality of the tortillas are phenomenal, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, the the service from start to finish is friendly and fast. Thank you for the amazing tacos as always.
P.S. They do have plant based options as well.

Yeah these are great tacos. By themselves they're good, but the creativity in the house specials really sets them apart. The spicy shrimp one, while not spicy, is their best taco. Go on a Tuesday for a small discount on Taco Tuesday! There is a restroom waaaaay in the back.

Amazing tacos. I just love everything on their menu. The fish taco is to die for and I will definitely be back the next time I am in San Diego. Keep up the great work. For those who have pets, this place is super pet friendly so bring your fur baby!!!

A must stop for visitors and locals alike, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu and they are open late. This place does one thing and they do it so well. Every taco is it’s own adventure and you’ll have to try a new one every time you visit. It is small with little seating so you may have to eat on the sidewalk but that doesn’t change how good your food will be!

I wanna give it 5 stars cuz it does taste good but they are just soooo smaaaall compared to other places for this price! I mean $4.50 for a tiny taco sucks when you can have a loaded taco for the same price down the street.. but the flavor is good though! So much variety and different kinds to choose from. Also great vegetarian options ( honest they are some of my favorite ones here ) so gotta try it!

One of my favorite taco joints in San Diego. Three different vegetarian taco options, all fantastic. Highly recommend the Chile Relleno. Awesome place for a group or date night. Great service. Will return soon.

Good tacos, in the middle of a bustling area. Live DJ spinning tunes the night we were there, which was fun. Outdoor seating was great for eating out but enjoying the night breeze (and avoiding COVID). Nice side bonus: They're right across the street from a really great bottle shop, so you can have a pretty huge selection of beers to accompany your dinner (if the couple beers on tap inside don't do it for you).

Good creative tacos. Everything was fresh (got delivery through eat 24) and the combinations were winners. Sometimes when you get too fancy with a taco it doesn't work. In their case (shrimp, fish) it did. They were very tasty and filling. The birria (beef not lamb) was the only taco needing a little work. I only speak from experience having had some authentic birria in Guadalajara many times. It was good just not great. But for creative and tasty tacos this place is a winner for sure.
