Pizza Hut

Horrible service specially from the driver. Stop at the wrong hotel. If he was at the wrong hotel which it was around the corner why it takes 8 min to get to the correct one. No excuses specially if you know the city where you live. Ben was the one that took my call and I decided to cancel my order, Ben you need take classes on how answer the phone and do correct customer service. Waste my time going up and down to the lobby of the hotel to check and see if my order arrived.

If I could rate this a zero I would. I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut from many store but this one by far the worst one. The pizza tasted old and the bread was either not baked all the way or old because it was stretchy and had a weird taste. My order was $75.39 and when I called to return it they said they were closed I’ve contacted them multiple times to try a resolve it and keep getting the run around.

Overall, this place was our go to dine in Pizza Hut, prior to COVID-19. It had taken a dive for a little while when they were allowing the homeless population to hang out in their dining area. This went on for a while, so we switched to picking up only when it was becoming to uncomfortable with their panhandling was allowed. I began using the Pizza Hut app and would ask the employees for help when I had problems with it. None knew too much about the app and it was challenging to try to navigate through the errors. I finally mastered it and still have an occasional glitching the matrix. They still don't know too much about the app, so just practice using it. Don't forget to cash in on your Pizza Hut rewards.
