Nice place. Much nicer than the one that used to be on babcock. Same menu. Last time got the cheese ravioli, it was good. Today had the meatball and cheese sandwich. Meatballs were plain, dry, and bland. It was like eating saw dust. Absolutely no flavor to them. There was just enough sauce to coat the bread. Very disappointed.

meat ball size is down 25-30% than what it used to be. started when covid pandemic started. I told them it was smaller then and then 7 months later i decided to give it another try and they said it was back to normal, but can confirm the meat balls are not the same size as before. I used to eat here 3 days a weeks, but consistency is everything in a restaurant. if prices go up you can increase the price, but don't mess with the portions. I won't be returning. I eat out pretty much every meal and I have expectations and with out consistency im not taking the chance.

I went to Capparelli's on the 1st week of May and celebrated a family members birthday. The food took a bit but it was good. I paid for our meal and left the restaurant. During this pandemic times have been hard on all of us. On Oct 21'st almost 6 months later I see two charges from Capparelli's from that Birthday dinner in March. I don't remember seeing that charge on my statement back then and I certainly don't have a problem paying for a meal I ate but 6 months later? That threw off my budget and as you all know we are all counting our pennies because of this pandemic. I called as soon as I saw the charges and spoke with a manager. That manager then handed the phone over to another manager and he told me to contact square. I told him I paid them (capparelli's) whoever they use to conduct their transactions is on them. He took my name and number and I was told I would be getting a call back in a week. No phone call after giving them a few weeks. I spoke with the same manager who then stated the owner would call me. Again no phone call from either one of them. I asked around and was told by several friends that they have heard of this same problem with Capparelli's. I called one last time and another so called manager assured me he would handle the situation. He said he could not speak about the other managers but he would get back to me as soon as possible. 3 weeks later and no phone call. I just saw the owner on Fox news pleading for the public to support local restaurants yet I can't get a return call from them. I will no longer support your restaurant which I have for years. I will also share my experience on social media not to hurt your business but to protect other customers like myself. Thank You- Sergio

My husband and I visited for the first time tonight after moving into the area. The food was great - served piping hot and fresh. What truly made our first visit enjoyable was the INCREDIBLE service we had!!! Jasper was so attentive, friendly, and she gave great menu suggestions! We will definitely be returning.
