Church's Texas Chicken

Yes I am a senior citizen disabled veteran I have visited churches on West ave. and Blanco Road the service outstanding it was a bit of a line at first but move very quickly surprise of the flavor at the chicken had they must have used different fryers one for chicken and one for French fries or whatever else they fry they did not combine food in it I guess sometimes taste a little burnt. But this was most flavorful there are special offer pricing. Excellent for someone on a budget or lower income it will feed a family with eight pieces of dark meat eight pieces of tenders and three large sides and they offered condiments me without asking plates forks and napkins. I will definitely frequent the place very clean inside and out at 11am with 5 employees working inside might have just opened and had a full crew but I was happy with the service on that day and time

If you order dark meat you might be okay. If you order white meat, it will take you 20 minutes to get it. (According to the manager.) They won't start cooking breasts until after you have PAID for them. I got here at 8:30 p.m. on a Friday. They're out of biscuits and they've already poured out their unsweet tea to start cleaning up for the day. I suggested they substitute biscuits for a drink and was told that I could only have two. I don't think this location is the problem. I think it's the whole Church's Chicken conglomerate.

Fresh okra everytime. Well it wasnt fresh today. And why do they tell you to hold while I'm in the drive thru? You have a headset on. Just take the order. I had to say hello? Then all the guy said was, "Give me a minute." Ok rude. So he finally came back and took my order. I dont like poor customer service. I'd eat so so food with great customer service. But I refuse to eat luke warm okra and get piss poor customer service.

This place is a Joke! We ordered at the drive thru and the girl took our order. We get to the window and the girl says.. "oh" I'm sorry its going to take 30 mins to make the white meat. This is the second time that this happened to us! This is uncalled for! This place needs to be evaluated and trained better!

I’m sorry to say but I think that they’re all high. And just playing around in the kitchen pretending to play house with each other. They keep forgetting my order even though they told me to wait out here. And every time I ask they always say wait what did you have? Yes they are all definitely high at churches chicken. Go to a different churches chicken maybe you’ll get your food faster.
