I have never been to a place that had the WORST pizza you can imagine at the W. W
White/Rigsby location. The gentlemen who worked there had poor skills. This gentlemen said he would bring the pizza to my car 15 mins after I went in. I wait in my car, wondering "Where is my pizza?" He was too lazy to bring it out! When he said he would! I had to come in and practically demand my pizza WHICH WAS COLD when I finally got it! Lastly, they gave me and my family member the WRONG pizza!!! Poor, subpar employees. It took us 45 mins to get the pizza, which we ordered online!!! Step it up Papa John's! If you don't do your job right, then you should be fired!

This was one of the best pizzas I have had in a while. Just the right amount of everything. The dough was soft and chewing.

Ordered pizza and they had it door dashed to my house instead of with their driver. Given a 35 minute time frame but an hour and half later still no pizza. Had to physically drive to the place to have them remake it. Never got first order. Save your time and order elsewhere.

I ordered at the counter. The young lady that took my order was very nice and took my order somewhat correctly. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza (the label clearly states pepperoni), I ordered cheese sticks and got garlic bread plus the brownies I ordered were under done. I called to report this to the manager and was told to go back for a corrected order. I was exhausted from shopping. This was not a viable solution for me. 😒

My experience was disappointing..the pizza was soggy and all the toppings rolled off to the floor..I paid a heap of money for a soggy undercooked pizza...I re cooked it I should of went to dominos 😩
