For not being real Mexican food, it is a good alternative to eating more healthier. Even though it's nice to eat chips and salsa; it's not worth paying extra for it. The two employees I encountered, were friendly to interact with.I would, come again.

The food is good, the chips tend to be stale very time I order them. Service is fast but not the best customer service. Overall environment is pleasant however there are times tables weren’t clean

Experience was mediocre. I felt like the lady making the bowl was a bit stingy when it came to adding stuff on my bowl. I ain’t got no shame, I asked her for more. I essentially got what I wanted but it’s not the same like it used to be.
I loved my food though! Chipotle never misses.

This Chipotle is the best one in San Antonio. The customer service is always the best and the facility is very very clean. I have food allergies and they take them very seriously.

First off, this location is better at lunchtime and not so much dinner. I always compare this location to my favorite location for Chipotle, which is the Bitters and 281 location. Bitters/281 location is by far the best in SA, Tx, and better than ANY location I have been to all over Austin.
For a dinner stop here on Broadway, I was disappointed in comparison to their lunch shift quality that is up to par with Bitters location. This evening, the chips seemed a day or two old, not freshly made, but not to the point of being stale. However, they were very close to tasteless and stale. The salsa bins were running super low, which also made the server give a skimpy portion of salsa so the flavor of the chicken bowl was not full of its usual mix of flavors and textures.
I always enjoy the trees and outdoor patio here on Broadway.

Typical Chipotle. But given there are countless nationally famous restaurants on Broadway and people still go here shows how good this Chipotle is. I only gave 4/5 stars because it's a chain. It really is one of the best Chipotles I've been to because of the food, service and ambiance

I like this location. I been here 3 times now pass month. And for most part it's been good. Wish they all were like this. I live closer to forum location and they over cook steak there. Peace ✌️

This place is 3 miles from Fort Sam Heuston. Great for those looking for a healthy meal yet most affordable. I visit Fort Sam (SanAntonio) often due to nature of my job. I will definitely visit again during my stay and in future

The food was great! I had the chicken bowl! Service was good, apart from unwashed tables nearby. Also a bit too cold aircondition. Bathrooms clean. Cool, industrial design.

Newer location near Witte, DoSeum, SABOT and other Broadway St and nearby attractions. I beat the crowd which seemed to arrive after a break in classes by UIW as everyone in line was much younger. Great Salad with cauliflower rice, black beans and charro beans (no meat), corn and pico de gallo. Clean, fresh and tasty as an alternative to other fast food on this strip of road.
