Great service. Manager Andres was awesome. Slight issue with my order but not upset over it. He apologized and fixed it right away. Went the next day and same service. Fresh food and great managers. Patrice took care of me the next day. Thank you.

Every time we cannot decide on what to eat, for some reason KFC is the place we go to. Its fast, its friendly and well the food is good. $5 dollar fill-ups always hit the spot and the biscuits I think are some of the best, soft, buttery biscuits you can find in san Antonio..

We spent $25 on a meal, which is a substantial chunk of my very tight budget. There wasn't any flatware in the bag so I asked for 4 sets of flatwear (it was an 8 pc. meal for 4 people). The manager gave me a bunch of static about it, insisting that flatware have been included. I think that for spending $25 I might money, whether or not flatware had been put into the bag is a moot point. We're talkin about perishable flatware. It's like asking for napkins which, by the way, we're not included either. Something I didn't notice till we got back to the hotel room where we were staying. hotel room where we had no silverware or anything 4 people. They get two stars because service was fast and tgecfood was hot.
