I typically don’t expect much from pizza places these days but I was pleasantly surprised at how much the employees here went above and beyond. Food was ready fairly quickly and when I went to pick it up one of the gentlemen there noticed I had children in the car and took the extra time to bring my food out to me so I didn’t have to fumble around w unbuckling the kids from their car seats. Sometimes it’s the small things. Very friendly staff.

Papa John's on Austin Hwy, they are friendly and are very fast, Great job team. I used to work for Pizza Hut for about 5 to 6 years and I rather buy from Papa John's cause the pizzas very good and look delicious. 👌. Great pizza, good customer service, roniqua helped us out, and she has great customer service skills and is very professional. The pizza was awesome, you could tell the ingredients were fresh, and I love the little banana peppers they give you with your order. Will definitely order again from here way to go papa john team.

My 5-star review is based on 5-years of consistency. I have ordered pizza from this Papa John's location once or twice a month for more than 5-years. I have never had a truly bad pizza or experience for carry out or delivery. I choose Papa John's over other delivery pizza because of the quality of the ingredients. Additionally, they are avid fund-raisers for my son's school, and are extremely generous. During the CoVID crisis, I have been wary of take out food from restaurants other than pizza, as I've seen both back and front of house workers working without masks and/or gloves, and that concerns me. I like the fact that a hot pizza comes directly out of the own, and directly into a box, then sealed up. The app works well, and if I have time and decide to save a little money, I can just drive down the street to pick it up hot and fresh...or if we choose delivery, that has always been on time, contactless if requested, and never had any issues with drivers finding my address.

Easy to order on line. The pizza is consistent. Today, they didn't cut the pizza the way we ordered it; asked if I wanted it done over. Didn't ask them to. Too bad the employee wasn't empowered to make it right, maybe throw in a free soda for the error. Missed opportunity to impress a customer. That's a leadership issue. Still a problem with "Papa" gone.

Great staff and perfectly cooked pizza! We periodically buy take out pizza and only from PJ. Today when picking up I was informed they had not cut our pizza as ordered, square rather than traditional pie style. The gentleman gave me the choice of additional items available quickly or a remake of the pizza with the bonus of the incorrectly cut pizza. We took the remake and have twice as much good pizza, thanks PJ!

I love the corporate attitude in general, and have always gotten great food and service from this location in particular. I always appreciate the special deals, which make it silly not to order. I like that I can put it all on my credit card, including tip. The "thin crust works" we had this drizzly Veterans Day was pure comfort food. Thanks, Austin Hwy Papa John's, for making my day. 💓. P.S. We order online, for delivery. The order is always perfect, and arrives sooner than expected! I sure appreciate you folks!
