Sonic Drive-in

Absolutely horrible customer service! I called prior to midnight and told them I was on my way to deliver a meal. I got there before they closed and was told they were already closed. I informed I spoke on the phone with you and you close in a couple of minutes not right now. They said Well we're closed now! Horrible Customer Service! They could've made one shake! I get it if they were already closed but they weren't.

I pulled thru drive thru not the car hop, I tried to order small cup of ice and regular plain hot dog. I was interrupted by two ladies on intercom with “bag of ice and footlong?” Another said “is this regular or foot long?” I calmly replied “I’d like a regular plain hot dog and CUP of ice.” To which I felt rushed when one young lady said “ okay $4. And change pull up please” then I’m shocked at the price. Pull up, she doesn’t repeat order just ask for money, I ask her for what ? Plain hot dog and cup of ice then she gasped and shut window. Yells at workers and then another girl asked me for $2.70 I gave it to her then asked for ketchup, mustard and relish. I was given my stuff and window shut. Took them a total of 10/15 minutes for two small plain items and they were rude and unprofessional. Why all the condiments for one hot dog? A waste of sauces and money. Why the rushing and not placing attention to customers order? I will avoid coming to this Sonic!
