Sonic Drive-in

I went to another Sonic and their ice cream machine didn’t work. So I came to this location and it work out great. I got the shakes I wanted and was on my way. The best of this visit was Unity, she greeted me with a smile that made me feel welcomed. I will definitely come back and hope she’s here. Unity you made my day…!!

For some reason, every time I order thru their app, at this location, I wait forever for my order, and honestly...up until 4 days maybe 5 days ago, i was seriously contemplating just not going to this location any more. BUT --and please remember, I go to Sonic everyday-- i was taken care of by the manager, tim and also the drivethru rockstar, Rosie. Now, this is not my usual sonic location and the situation causing me to be by that location has been brutally emotionally exhausting. That day had been particularly hard, then i get tim on the drivethru speaker, eager to be of any help he can to brighten my day, at the window, Rosie matched his attitude and raised it with a bright cheerfulness that was quite refreshing in the depth of my doomandgloom drama and she didnt bat an eyelash at how long the line magically got. Instead, she kept all,of her attention on me,ensuring i was happy!!!
