Papa Johns Pizza

Walked into this location two different times and the person (different people each time) who took our order was sooooo rude. Strait faced as I smiled and said hello . Asked question such as am I able to get this or that on that pizza? Didn’t answer the question just said “add topping” …..my friend also ordered a pizza and asked questions didn’t answer the questions. I’ve never seen anyone be so prune faced and monotone in customer service. The pizza is good I mean cmon it’s papa Johns but I’ll remember to drive out of my way to try and go somewhere where the employees give common Courtesy. Speak when spoken to? Customer smiles and says hello perhaps smile back and not just stair and look down at your register? All outside lights are turned off so it looks closed.

I’ve tried showing grace but this is the 3rd time in a row that this establishment has taken my money and a generous tip, only to, hours later, if at all, tell me to come get it myself because they don’t have drivers, or deliver a pizza that clearly sat for hours. If you don’t have drivers, don’t offer delivery. I could have gone with hundreds of other options for my young children’s special dinner treat tonight. Do they refund the delivery fee or tip? Of course not!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any pizza joint. They don't answer your phone calls and give any updates. As of right now, I have been waiting over 2 hours for a large pizza. I have not received a single update or curiosity phone call. After reading the reviews for this location, you can tell that the management is non-existent. If they were, they would at least respond to the reviews to try to help their customers. The management is not doing themselves any favors by not responding.

I ordered at 10:44pm( at least that’s when the call ended) and was told 45-50 minutes. After calling twice wondering where my order was, only to be told that they had no delivery drivers.(wasn’t notified about the lack of drivers but was asked if I wanted to leave a tip) my order arrived at 12:15am. My children had just been dropped off (spring break and were hungry) whoever answered the phone couldn’t tell me what the policy was for late delivery so he asked me what I wanted. I replied,” I have no idea what your policies are so I couldn’t answer the question.” I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges and using DoorDash wasn’t a good idea because I wasn’t a priority in his deliveries because he stated that his prior delivery the drinks were not with the order.

Pizza came cold and was wrong. I ordered original they sent this thin crus cold hard abomination. I called to ask them to either correct the order or give a refund they refused saying they were closed. Store hours showed they don’t close for another 40 minutes and the call number was still active. Making formal complaint and disputing the credit card charge. This place does not deserve your business

Took over two hours to get a pizza. Says it was sitting in the being prepared stage of the app for over an hour. Called the store and they said they don’t have any drivers and they are using door dash. The door dash driver didn’t knock on the door. Pizza was cold was missing half my order and store was closed because it took over TWO hours to get the wrong order. Pay more and you’ll have the staff you need. Brandi took care of it the next day! She was very nice and apologized.
