Take-out/delivery only! I've only done pickup but the people are friendly. Your typical American-Chinese food, tasty and fresh. Nothing fancy but great portions for the price, even at dinner, and consistent good quality! I wish the dinner special would have had a little more broccoli but it's still a lot of food so a good deal.

Food is always fresh and very tasty. Soups are so good! They have a great delivery service. I am updating my review because now ShangriLa is only take out and pickup, no more dine in. Food is even better now, especially the egg rolls. I suggest the fried fish lunch plate and the Hong Kong soup for later. Delivery is good but we picked it up to get out of the casa. Lunch special prices will save you $$, but please try the specialties, you won't be disappointed.

Lots of options to choose from at reasonable prices. They offer a kids menu with a Hamburger and French fry option which helps for picky eaters. Delivery is offered and arrives quickly.

I love this restaurant! We have been ordering food here for years , it's always hot and fresh, never cold or stale, and there tea is so good. About to order dinner now . Yummy

Love this place. The food that I've had the last few months is great. Lemongrass, shrimp and walnuts, egg drop soup with corn, general tso, sesame ckn, hot and sour soup, crab Rangoon (could be a tad crispier). The front lady is super sweet. They get a LOT of orders, they're always busy.
There is no dining in.
NONE. TO GO ONLY.
Which I prefer. As I can relax at home.

I always order delivery..... Yesterday I needed the food divided into 3 bags. It was a large order but Shangrila as usual was spot on !!! Great food !! Large portions. Surprisingly really good! We ordered an hour before closing so our expectations weren’t high we were just hungry but they definitely exceeded them! The food was hot and delicious and amazing for the price! I haven’t had Chinese take out like this in a while especially on the south side. Definitely will be returning!

I love the food, BEST tasting Chinese food in San Antonio. We drive from Converse to get their food. They fix it just the way you ask them too! Prices are very reasonable and they give you an excellent amount of food too! The shrimp fried rice I eat from it 3xs!!!
