Burger King

Poor service and staff training. Rung me up for more than my order. Order was wrong. Wrong refund amount. I run four retail businesses and understand mishaps. I would have given them the benefit of the doubt, but not a single apology. A simple apology would have prevented this negative review. It goes a long way and reflects customer service.

I don't think the franchise owner has gone through the drive-through before. This has got to be by far the worst BK drive thru experience I've had ever. The guy's receiving orders are very enthusiastic and unwelcoming. One of them has an attitude problem if you change an order. I may change my review If I decide to go back and Dine in. I came here at about 9:30 pm last night for a late snack. I wanted to order inside but it turns out the inside lobby was already locked, so I said oh well I'll just go through the drive through. When I approached the speaker I was greeted by an unwelcoming "We're closed." I replied that it was only 9:30 and that Burger King should be closing at 10. Following that, the manager just told me "You good" a couple of times. I decided that this was wrong so I pulled up to the window where I spoke to the manager face to face. While talking to Malik, it was very hard to understand him and I had to say "excuse me" a good five times to finally understand what he was saying. From the very few words I could understand, I gathered that he was trying to tell me that this location closes at 9. Then, I pulled up my phone to show him it closes at 10. All he told me was "You good" and I just drove off in disbelief with the unprofessionalism of this place. I will not be returning here ever again.

This place always gets orders wrong and gives attitude at the window. On top of that some nights they will lock the doors early and stop answering the phone and drive thru an hour or more early. This is literally the worste fast food location I have ever been too. The owner should be embarrassed beyond comprehension. You FAILED!

Service is horrible here to include the manager, they shout Burger King at you in the drive thru in a totally unenthusiastic way like they don’t want to be there. Most of the staff sitting on counters talking to each other, when you go in employees are super rude and don’t acknowledge you. Such a waste of time they take forever and ack like they’d rather die than serve you.

Swung by last night for a nice cheat meal with my boyfriend. Approached the drive thru speaker and went unacknowledged for about 2 minutes - we were looking over the menu & had no cars behind us so no biggie. When finally greeted, I asked for a moment as we were finalizing the order and the response was a huge overly exaggerated sigh followed by a rude “OK.” Placed our order with the least enthusiastic person I’ve come across - shrugged this off. We get to the window to pay and despite the drive thru menu and restaurant windows being riddled with advertisements of the chicken sandwich, we are now told they have no chicken. We ask to change the order to an impossible whopper and of course, they are out of this too. We ask for a regular whopper and celebrate that this option is available. Then I am asked to repeat our entire order because they cleared everything from the system. My patience is depleting rapidly at this point. We pay and sit waiting for a few minutes when the window opens back up so we can be told that since we decided to order nuggets, they had to drop more so we need to pull around to the front - oh, sorry, did we inconvenience you? We pull around, wait, and finally our food is brought out to us. We did a quick glance to make sure it was there but the car was dark so it wasn’t until we got home that we noticed they didn’t even bother to fill our fries up. I wish I took a photo of both fries because combined they filled up 1 container. The fresh nuggets dropped were indeed hot but the wait for those caused the rest of our food to be cold. Absolutely disappointing experience at this Burger King & we definitely will not be back.
