The bald guy is super rude, his negative attitude going to ruin this business. This is not a coincidence, I never had a good experience at this store.. If you’re on IH 10 and UTSA Blvd, save yourself the hassle and just go across the Highway to the Valero - they’re respectful and professional towards their customers.

At 11:30pm went in to buy a pizza. Mike behind the register tried to upsale us another one. When I asked for my pizza to be cooked he refused and said I just cleaned it and I am not going to clean it again for you. Ridiculous! He also shut down all the bathrooms for the same reasons so he wouldn't have to clean them again. Sorry I was excited for 711 comeback but not like this. Pick up your game 711

It’s a shame that This 7/11 - Exxon - right on IH 10 and UTSA Blvd is touting 24 hour service yet a paying customer can’t even use the restrooms at 12:30 AM - on a Sunday night before the holiday!!!! The clerk claimed that they had “Plumbing problems”- how convenient- to NOT have to clean or worry about the restrooms during your shift!!!! When I called, the Clerk couldn’t even tell me the full name of his tManager / General Manager - he just said that her name was Kathy ….If you’re on IH 10 and UTSA Blvd, save yourself the hassle and just go across the Highway To the Valero - they obviously care more about the paying customers in San Antonio !??

Kudos to the owner/management for the hiring of their Monday overnight employee as he was able to take a potentially extremely inconvenient solution to my problem (I had a problem reading my receipt) and offer an alternative--personalized service. This service helped me get what I needed (a car wash) without having to make a second trip. He even came out to the car wash to help me imput the correct numbers. I want to personally congratulate this gentleman on his problem-solving skills. I will definitely be back!
